This is an apartment hotel, we lived on the 29th floor, the view of the sea and the entertainment area with singing fountains is impressive. The apartments themselves are clean, bright, with a modern design, with a balcony, air conditioning, there is a kitchen area with an electric stove, an electric kettle, a microwave, beautiful dishes. We booked through the "Island". The manager is always in touch, advised a bunch of cafes and restaurants, visited everything - all aerobatics! The beach itself is to cross the road. It is close to the airport and the railway station, by taxi - 10 lari and 20 minutes on the way. The area is still being built up with modern skyscrapers, and the Alliance Palace itself looks futuristic. If you don't like the noise of the city, you don't need to come here.

We lived here all summer. The elevators work perfectly, and the waiting time is a maximum of 3 minutes during the highest season. The sound insulation is very cool, which is rare for Batumi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Almost all rooms have sea views.
