Just the ugly behavior of the girl at the reception! We arrived there for the first time with a hungry child (since you can't eat or drink before the analysis) with a dentist's referral. They stood in line. We were told that it would not be free and they named a considerable amount. They said that if there is a referral from the district police officer, they will do it for free. Well, we signed up with the district police officer, went with the child, took a referral, but they gave it only after a test at the clinic for one of the drugs gave a reaction. The next day I take the child, hungry, to the Allergoscreen again. They stood in line. When we approached the reception, the girl, seeing our direction from the district police officer, immediately rushed at me - "did you bring this medicine??? We don't have it!!!" But nobody told me about it anywhere. And she continues - "But we can't accept you for free anyway - your direction is incorrectly written." That is, a hungry child and I have to leave with nothing again, go to the polyclinic to the district police officer again, ask them to rewrite the referral. Well, of course, I then laid out the money and the analysis was immediately done. Everything is done for this purpose, to get money from people!!! Polyclinics work together with this organization. And they write out directions on purpose so that people, tired of running to them, give the last one. And why do we pay OSHI every month???
Of course, it's a good idea to have such a laboratory, but now there are so many people who want to take a special analysis, it seems to me it's time to expand. There was a big queue the other day, everyone is standing in a cramped corridor. It wouldn't hurt to make repairs, it's a bit gloomy.

We came from another city to take an analysis of our son. From the early morning from 7.30 we were waiting to take the first and then go to the clinic. A young girl was sitting at the reception desk who takes tests for free. Very rude. We lacked one direction and I asked to remove another name of the allergen and drive in the one we needed instead. She rudely replied that she would not delete it, because she had already typed it in. I had to call our nurse to add another referral to the database for analysis. We also had an appointment at the polyclinic at 8.20. Fortunately, the girls who took the analysis said that they work until 12. And we had to leave. Finally, the girl from the reception desk said to bring the allergen medicine quickly.
