I would like to express my deep gratitude to Olga Izotova for the selected tour, advice on all issues and communication skills. We had a rest with my son in Dubai from 04/25/25 to 05/01/25. in Sharjah. Holiday International Hotel 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐, meals are breakfast only. The hotel is lovely, the location is good. There is a place to go for a walk. Nearby there is a palm park, a promenade, a market, shops, an exchange office, pharmacies. The food was monotonous, but there was enough of everything. (coffee, tea, milk, yoghurts, breakfast cereals, pastries, cheeses, sausages, salads, side dishes, jams, fruits and much more). I took a bus to the beach at 9:00, picked it up at 13:00. There was a pastry shop near the beach where we bought delicious candies, Dubai chocolate and mango for 5.50 dirhams. 🥭 We bought three kg., I wished I had taken enough. Very tasty and juicy. During our vacation we visited three excursions: Sightseeing tour of Dubai, Jeep Safari and Oman. My son and I were thrilled with the tour. Overall, we were satisfied. I want to go back to Dubai!!!

Many thanks to Olga Pshenova for organizing a wonderful trip to Egypt. It took me a long time to choose a hotel, and when I did, I turned to Olga for help in organizing it. Olga was always ready to help with recommendations and advised on any issues and always kept us informed of any changes. I chose a family-friendly and cozy hotel, surrounded by palm trees and greenery, lots of pools and slides for children... the whole family was delighted. Olga sent us a website on excursions, which turned out to be very useful to us. We went boating with a parachute, rode yachts, dived in the open sea, admired the coral.The food is just great, the attitude towards vacationers is only 👍 We brought with us the best memories from this trip 👍👍👍Thanks to Olga for the organization and hard work.

Many thanks to the travel agency Gomel All-tours.by and personally to Olga for a perfectly organized vacation! Olga offered us a variety of options to choose from, and we eventually settled on the Ivy Cyrene Sharm Resort 4* hotel, which we were very pleased with. Our main wishes — matching the cost, a white sandy beach without corals and a generally pleasant atmosphere of the hotel — were fully taken into account. I really liked the rest!!
Olga was always in touch, helped and supported us at all stages. Thanks to her care and professionalism, we got exactly the vacation we wanted. Next time we will definitely turn to her again for the selection of the perfect tour!

Very conscientious staff.
January 2025. I chose a hotel in Sri Lanka myself-a good hotel, but in a bad location (Negombo), I picked it up in a hurry, at work.
Olga, the travel agent, was surprised by the choice, they say, none of our tourists had ever gone to this hotel before, but the owner is a gentleman, I booked from Anex, it remains to wait for the confirmation of the hotel.
And in the evening, I carefully studied what I ordered and was horrified- if you want to spoil your first impression of Sri Lanka, go to Negombo, the beaches are not swimmable, only walks along the ocean! And this is the main requirement for rest! My wife won't understand!!
Oh, Mamma mia!!! What should I do?!
I ran to call Olga, the travel agent, who, despite the non-working hours, got into the situation and canceled the reservation via her home computer.
The next day, with a fresh head, I went back to Olga and she picked it up for a modest 2,750.e for 13 nights for three hotel in Unawatuna (the best beach spot in Sri Lanka) right on the beach, 50m from the ocean.
We just returned, the rest was wonderful, later I will insert a link to the hotel here (if I am not too lazy to write a review)). But as for the employees, you can immediately see the professionals, everything is on the case, they clearly instruct what, where and how, what is allowed and what is not allowed in a foreign country. The attitude is like to yourself. It's very impressive. Thank you so much, girls!

A few days before the start of the trip, there was a problem with the hotel, the one that was originally booked decided to close earlier for the winter. I was not satisfied with the option of moving to another hotel for two days. Therefore, Olga promptly picked up another one, which was ready to accept for all ten days of rest. We booked a tour to Turkey with Olga. A very pleasant and friendly girl. I liked that she chose the hotel for us, according to our wishes, and most importantly, the budget. They paid extra for an early departure and a late return flight, but the forward flight was delayed for 10 hours. It was a shame for the day spent, but Olga contacted anex tour and our surcharge was refunded. Little things, but it's nice. We will definitely come back to book our next tour)
