This room has become a second home for me! There is everything for effective training here: an excellent selection of fitness equipment, functional training areas, and even boxing classes. I am especially pleased with the friendly staff — the coaches do not just sell programs, but are really interested in your progress. The staff always keeps the place clean, and the atmosphere is energizing. If you are looking for a place where you want to come back again and again, this is it!

My favorite gym that started it all. I love it🫶 but one caveat, be sure to have headphones for training, the music there can be very bad (it's not the fault of the audience, because of the copyrights to many songs)
