Rather expensive, but the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Very close to a beach, and there's lots of restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

A good hotel, especially in the price/quality combination. The bed is big and comfortable, it creaks a little. The linen is clean. The hotel is economy class, but cozy, the staff is attentive, all issues were resolved quickly, decent breakfasts. A big plus is the location of the hotel, on the right there is a gorgeous promenade, on the left there is a rock path, across the street there is an excellent cafe with delicious and inexpensive food and the sea!

A nice budget hotel. Clear. Quietly. A simple and hearty breakfast is included in the room price. The location of the hotel is strategically excellent - there is an Embankment in one direction, a Rock path in the other. Near the exchanger, a charming family cafe "Pelmeshka", restaurants, shops. The beach is close, it's just that, like everything in the city, it's rocky. But this is not in the competence of the hotel)) The administrators and the manager of Samal are very kind and always ready to help even in small things. I recommend. You can book directly through WhatsApp - it will be even cheaper.

COCKROACHES ALL OVER THE BATHROOM, and they drove in with cockroaches under the bathroom, one crushed on the floor, cleaning was 1 time in 6 days, and the cockroaches were not removed. There was a cemetery under the bathroom, from the very arrival, they were not swept out even at the request. After each night on the floor, 3-4 pieces of different types and sizes were steadily spawned on the floor. In 3 nights, 7 pieces of these reptiles were killed with a slipper, there was no desire to go into the bathroom, you sit doing business and nervously look around so that not a single creature jumps out at you like a screamer. It was disgusting to walk on the bathroom floor after 100,000,000 cockroach corpses, I had to go buy whiteness and wash the floors myself, in the last photo the color of the rag, after we washed the floors ourselves, apparently we did it for the first time in the entire existence of the hotel. Taps and toilet wobbles Breakfast is not very good, everything tastes strange. They paid a lot of money for such a service, like in a luxury hotel. Upon arrival, passports were submitted, they promised to submit documents on the arrival of citizens to the Republic of Kazakhstan, it turned out that NO ONE EXPECTED THIS, they found out about it only when we were put on the wanted list. Passports, apparently, were taken for show. By the way, compared to the mattress, the floor turned out to be much softer.

For such money, the hotel did not meet expectations, thanks for returning part of the amount for the time not spent. The repair is bad, the toilet is wobbly, it feels like when you sit on it, it will come off and fall. The bathtub is covered in black mold, everything is falling apart. I am silent about the hordes of cockroaches that crawl out every couple of hours... There was a kitchen below us, apparently they are being poisoned there. There has not been a single day without cockroaches, corpses are lying everywhere. The cleaning was done 1 time and then at our request. The floors are dirty, the bed linen is torn, even after replacement. The mattress feels like it was stuffed with stones, and instead of a pillow there is a brick. The food in the dining room is mediocre. One kettle and a microwave for the whole hotel. The Internet is not stable, it almost never worked, and if it worked very poorly, it hardly loaded pages in the browser. Among the advantages: near the sea and the lighthouse resto-bar
