We had a vacation in early July 2024, two adults and one child of 6 years old.We liked everything!The rooms have everything for life.Beautiful green courtyard with fruit trees and a children's area, hammock, swing, sandbox.There is a wooden gazebo where we used to eat.We cooked in the summer kitchen, which has everything you need.It's not far from the sea, 5 min. And Madina is just a wonderful friendly hostess.If there is an opportunity, we will stop here again.Thanks for the rest!

We had a vacation in 2023. Very close to the beach, opposite the store. The car can be put in the yard, the yard is large. The room is good. There is a kitchen for self-catering. If you are not picky about cleaning, you can recommend it. I talked to the guests, many of them book in April.

We had a rest in early September 2023. I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is new, towels are on everyone. It's very cozy. The territory is gorgeous, very beautiful fruit-bearing trees: grapefruit, orange, mandarin, feijoa, kiwi. There is a parking place for cars. All necessary utensils are present in the kitchen. For an additional fee, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. The staff are very helpful, the hostess Madina is a wonderful, friendly woman. I want to come back again.

Separate houses, all amenities inside
The common area is magnificent, kiwi grows like grapes, citrus trees, lots of greenery!

This guest house was vacationed in the month of May 2023. We were greeted by a very nice woman, Violetta (the majordomo). All issues were resolved very quickly according to our wishes. They provided a very clean, airy room with stained glass windows with all amenities. Cleanliness, order, well-kept yard, silence accompanied us throughout our stay at the ALL BLACKS. The sea is nearby, shops and canteens are all nearby.
The owners of the house are very friendly and friendly people. They treated us to their homemade sweets, thanks to them! They offered us their spinning rods for fishing, and of course my husband and I went fishing and enjoyed (the caught fish was salted right in the DG.).
Who likes a quiet holiday is the most suitable option.

We rested at this hotel from 06/02/2023 to 06/08/2023 .Very pleasant impressions!Cleanliness, beautiful well-groomed territory , summer kitchen,everything you need for living.There is a store next to the guest house, prices are like in Russia, maybe a little more expensive, we bought products only there .The beach is 2 minutes walk away ,clean ,with pine trees .There is a cafe with traditional cuisine on the beach-very tasty and not expensive!Many thanks to the owners of the hotel!We were received very well, arrived at night and were waited for, met!I recommend this hotel for a vacation! We will definitely come again!

It's a great place. We rested from 5 to 14 September. The rooms have everything you need, a wonderful green area. There is an outdoor outdoor kitchen, you can cook by yourself or bring ready-made food and eat in the gazebo under the kiwi greenery. The hostess Madina is very welcoming. If necessary, you can wash things in the machine for an additional fee. There is a grocery store and household chemicals right across the street, 3 canteens within walking distance and a bunch more on the way to the beach. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

I recommend it! A cozy guest house with an excellent location. The room is clean and has everything: a bathroom with shower sets for each guest, air conditioning, TV... And the price is acceptable. They gave 3,300 tons for a three-bed room. The territory is not large, but very cozy, well-groomed, lots of plants, there is a kitchen for self-cooking, Parking for cars. And the best part is that they settle in without prepayment!. Unlike those with whom I had to communicate while looking for a number. The only thing I would like to improve is the audibility in the rooms. But in most cases it depends on the neighbors in the room.😉😅

We rested in this place from August 23 to September 3! We had a great rest! And one of the most important components of such an impression was the place of residence - the All Blacks guest house.
It was very cozy in the house, in the triple room in which we lived. The interior is decorated with wood, pleasantly disposed to stay in the room. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. The child didn't even want to say goodbye to his bed!) The air conditioner worked, helping to endure the 30 degree heat, cold and hot water were uninterrupted, so you could take a shower at any time!
I liked everything very much!
In the courtyard there is a gazebo with people where you can chat and play, a family soft swing, where you can relax especially in the evening with the whole family.
There is also a small playground for children, where our child played with friends he found in this wonderful guest house. And we communicated well with the neighbors who were vacationing at the same time with us.
In the evening, the vegetation of the guest house is very beautifully illuminated, which also adds to the feeling of comfort.
It is encouraging that families with children come to this place. Communicating with the neighbors, we realized that many of them come to this guest house repeatedly. Someone even for the 6th time!))
Special thanks to Lydia for keeping the room clean, changing towels and linen during our stay (which was very pleasantly surprised) and just for her responsiveness.
I would like to wish the All Black Guest house and all its employees prosperity and more satisfied customers!

I do not recommend it, the rooms are dirty.
They don't clean at all, there are ants everywhere in the rooms, if they turn off the light, they don't turn on the ventilator, they are lazy and sit in the heat all day. They refuse to clean the room, the railings are all covered in dust and cobwebs all around.
In the yard, too, there is no ice, the yard is running, the paths are all crumbling from them, the legs are all squeaking, the beads are one on the street, the one who managed to take it, and the rest are sitting in the kitchen, in general I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! a very boring hotel will not leave you any impression.
