Everything is just great!!! We have been vacationing in Gagra for 11 years. This year we decided to go to Sukhum. It took a very long time to choose a place to live. And according to the reviews, we decided to stay in Alister! They didn't regret it at all! The sea is 3 minutes away. The shops nearby are great (except for one. The seller is Elena. So angry at the vacationers. I already felt uneasy) The sea is the purest.There was not even a hint of any rotovirus! A cafe next to the beach. I recommend it 100%.Beslan prosperity to you and more customers. Thanks! Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod region! We will definitely come back!

A wonderful place! The sea is literally around the corner of the house, there are no tents with nonsense on the way (parents will understand), the beach is clean, there are not many people. The area itself is located on the outskirts, which makes it quiet, 200-300 rubles to the center by taxi.
The house is clean, the maid is trying, there is a kitchen with everything you need, a barbecue, washing machines. The host is hospitable, involved in the work of the guest house.
We spent this vacation in two guest houses in Abkhazia and we will definitely return here.
Clean , calm and not far from the whole movement.

I was in Abkhazia for the first time and booked a room at Alistair's guest house on the recommendation. I was very afraid that I would be disappointed, because they told me that Abkhazia has terrible service and living conditions, but I did not regret for a minute that I stayed in this wonderful place! Firstly, 3 minutes to the sea, the sea is clean, quiet, the waves are small compared to neighboring beaches, and there are not many people (to make it clear, at the height of the season, in July, there are 5 meters between the mats). The house itself is quite clean, we took a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and were very satisfied. It has all the amenities, a large bed, a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, a comfortable shower room with a sink and toilet. There is always hot water, without interruptions, which is very important, because there is a boiler for 100 liters in each room. There is an ironing board in the hallway where you can iron clothes, and on the ground floor there are 2 washing machines to do laundry. Also downstairs there is a kitchen with everything you need and a barbecue area. Those who come to relax by car, there is Parking on site. But the most important thing that attracts here is the attitude of the hosts towards the guests. The owners are 2 twin brothers who try to do everything to make the guests feel comfortable and pleasant in the house! I saw one of them, he came every day, asked what was needed, sat with the guests in the kitchen and communicated in a friendly way, which made the atmosphere sincere and relaxed. After the trip, I still have a pleasant aftertaste from the Abkhazian calorite, the warm sea and snowy mountains, and of course, a hospitable home, where I definitely want to return!

For more than 10 years, we have been regularly visiting Abkhazia with our family and staying in Alister.
A large guest house with a good selection of rooms (if you take care of booking in advance).
Large rooms, clean, daily cleaning, regular change of bed linen.
The rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, Internet works well - a big plus for this (if you have a Russian SIM card, you will not have a network in Abkhazia).
There is a parking place in the courtyard.
It is also possible to wash the laundry and dry it.
A large veranda with a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area.
The sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean.
There is information about excursions.

We had a rest in June. We arrived before the start of the season and were very impressed with the scale of preparation: we cleaned upholstered furniture, took it outside, dried it in the sun. The cleanliness is amazing! Dishes, kettles, water filters are in perfect condition. Responsive host, executive staff, convenient location. We recommend it

In general, everything is fine.
I took off the star because:
– dim yellow lighting in the room:
– three large pieces of paper/wrappers under the bed;
– a forgotten plastic bag in the closet;
– dust and cobwebs on the windowsill and other surfaces;
– small rusty stains on the bed and towel;
– poorly fixed mirror that fell from accidental contact;
– old-fashioned interior;
– jamming lock on the handle in the bathroom;
– strong smell of mold in the cupboard with dishes in the kitchen;
– once there was no electricity for almost the whole day.
The host and the maid are friendly and friendly. Video surveillance inside and outside. There is a place to put the car.
We considered the guest house as just a shower and overnight stay between visits to places in Abkhazia, so we did not bother because of the points described above. We would rent a place here again, if anything.

Great hotel! There is everything you need, even a washing machine and powder)) Kitchen, dishes, lots of dryers, enough for everyone!
We shared a bathroom, but everything was very decent, new, clean, there was never a queue! The sea is nearby! The beach is free!

Nothing better could be desired... this guest house has everything and more..the sea, literally turning the corner of the house...Number...fully equipped with everything you need..tasteful, modern design...in addition, it is possible to wash in the washing machine (laundry detergent)...there is a barbecue area...there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking...on the beach, the cafe is very tasty, the prices are the same as everywhere in Sukhumi....very democratic...and most importantly, it is not a little important that these are super hosts...they are friendly, hospitable, and respond to any requests...Well done!!!! The best place! The most hospitable hosts. They will go to a meeting and help solve any issue. The rooms are always in order. We have been choosing Alistair for 3 years in a row!!! Convenient location. Shops with necessary goods are within walking distance, and a market is nearby. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, clean. There is a cafe on the shore.
