Alif, as always, is on top. Every year in spring and autumn I visit Zharkente (Panfilov) for work. Naturally, in the evening or even at lunch, and sometimes at lunch and in the evening we eat. The quality of the dishes is excellent, i.e. the cuisine does not raise any questions. Lagmans, kebabs and everything else are on top. The staff is friendly and responsive. I recommend you to visit!!!
