In 9 days, I was supplied with 2 coils and candles 😂😂😂😂 to check, although I gave the car to adjust the valves. Although the coils and candles were new, I do not understand why such a manipulation was carried out. So much for the official dealer!! When I opened the doors, I saw the thresholds smeared with paint or some kind of chemicals with paint. I actually made a claim to an employee Igor (body repair), who began to elegantly refer to the fact that there was a film that left such traces. Even from the photo it is clear that this is NONSENSE, he said that it would wash everything off with a solvent. I demanded a book of complaints and called the management, to which they replied that we could not provide a book of complaints, because there was no person responsible for this, and the management was not in place.
With a very busy schedule on the service, we went to a meeting and found a window for TO-1.
The mileage was already more than 10 thousand and it was urgently necessary to go on another trip.
The car service definitely has 5 stars. IT took place 5 times and always without problems. After each of the first three, I had wishes for them and by the next one they were implemented. Which surprised me very much. I understand that this is how it should be for such money, but it's still nice.
