The view is beautiful, there are not many people.
The observation deck does not work in winter, it is cool.
The restaurant is not a cozy, walk-through place, even those who do not order anything are there, they occupy tables.
The most unpleasant thing is that hookahs are immediately smoked and the smell is everywhere, and then there are children, I really didn't like it.

The most useless place in the whole city. When you take the elevator, you get into a 3x3 meter corridor, where you can see a small segment of the ball, through dirty glass, visible around 10%. Then there is an elevator to another floor above, to the restaurant, where in order to approach the windows and at least see something, you have to apologize to the people sitting at the tables. The windows are heavily darkened and it is difficult to see the city through them. What they charge money for is not clear from the word at all. Scammers! 😡

A decent place, left a very good impression of the visit. As of October 22, 2024, the cost of climbing the tower for an adult was GEL 20. At the top there is a circular observation deck and a comfortable cafe, amazing views. The cost of cappuccino is 10 lari, cheesecake is 25 lari. The staff is helpful.
