On 02/08/2025, we contacted the clinic for Holter monitoring, followed by a consultation with a cardiologist. Mom had an ultrasound scan of her heart long before she was admitted to a clinic near her home.
But the day before the visit to the cardiologist, our ultrasound of the heart is postponed due to the doctor's illness, and I find myself in a bad situation, to put it mildly.
It was impossible to postpone the cardiologist's consultation. I call the clinic, explain the situation, and by the Gods, the ultrasound doctor goes to a meeting and performs an ultrasound of the heart on the same day. Thanks to the staff and the doctor who got into the situation and helped us find a solution.

I have been applying to the Alfamed medical center for more than 5 years and before that I was satisfied with the level of services provided and the qualifications of the doctors.
This specialist does not match the level.Unfortunately, I came across a violation of medical ethics and deontology. Also, this specialist clearly missed the cycle of "Infectious diseases" at the medical university and concepts such as viral infections, and in particular influenza viruses, are unknown to her. This specialist was the 3rd one I contacted within a week. The previous two diagnosed a viral infection. An antibiotic and cough syrup used for bronchial asthma were also prescribed.
I also asked a lot of questions about the expression "The reason for your cough is overweight." It's funny, you want to cry. They advised me to "lose weight, your diet should consist of 80% vegetables and fruits." Is there a nutritionist's qualification to give such "competent" advice?

I wanted to do an ultrasound of the fetus for the 2nd trimester in this institution , I was booked at 13.00 , my husband and I came around 12.50 , they said to wait near the office , they would call . We sat down near the office , and a woman immediately came out . As a result , they sat under the door for 15 minutes ( there is basically a recording every 15 minutes ) , listened to a very loud disgusting slamming of doors and it was heard how the doctor and the nurse were just talking and laughing there all this time . As a result , at 13.05 another person was called , who was late for his time and came later than us . That's what the receptionist told us . To which I said that we would not do an ultrasound at their place. And we just left. Disgusting attitude , I don 't advise anyone . You might as well get examined for free.

It is difficult to call it a medical center, I was registered with a neurologist on 05.11 14:45, in the morning they called and said that there would be another doctor. When I arrived at the appointment, there was no one at the doctor, at 14:45 I only called the person who was scheduled for 14:30. The referral for an MRI was written out incorrectly, I had to go the next day to be rewritten, when I arrived, it turned out that the doctor had left for a visit and offered to wait 40 minutes (they probably think that people do not need to go to work). As a result, the m/s rewrote the direction, I showed her how the MRI examination is written on the website. The other day I made an appointment through the website, but today it turns out that I have not made an appointment! So they also enter personal data without my consent!!!!

Let's make it quick.(The main thing is to pay....accentuated) After the urgent payment, 20 minutes of waiting in the corridor passed, and this with the same unbearable pain. A course of treatment was prescribed, medicines cost 150 rubles. I did everything according to the doctor's prescription. After completing the course, the expected relief did not come, I have been walking with this pain for the entire period. It is impossible to sleep at night. The insurance company again insistently sends further treatment to this incomprehensible medical institution. Or get treated for your money. I would like to warn patients when contacting this dubious medical institution.

The reception itself is something with something, you have to wait three hours for the administrators to talk to the doctors, and the system is strange with the issuance of a piece of paper that is taken away, although all the information is in the computer. Doctor Tarasevich seemed to have done everything normally, but he was very outraged by the fact that, in fact, the examination was incomplete. During ultrasound, omt was not performed transabdominally, although two options were stated, and lymph nodes were not looked at for thyroid ultrasound, because ah, why, that's enough. The question is why I paid the full amount before the appointment.

Then you come to the reception to pay for you, they will make a sheep out of you, they will take more money than necessary, the woman sits and proves that you are wrong, the information on the site is not correct and only she tells the truth, and after calling the authorities it turns out that you were right after all. A terrible attitude. They were tested and promised a result in 2 weeks. Two weeks have passed, no results, no calls, nothing. They called themselves, told me to wait on and so on several times. Only after 4 weeks!!! when they already had to call and more insistently ask for tests, they were sent. I wonder if they hadn't called to find out if they would have received them at all, or if they would have had to sit and wait for something incomprehensible?

And in general, you are on sick leave, it should be convenient for you to apply at any time. When I came to the reception, it turned out that the therapist only works here on weekends and you need to go to Surganov + but they didn't warn you in advance). It's good that it's not far to go... In general, such a thing. Only the doctor was kind, polite, obviously a woman of age and with a lot of work experience.

I couldn't even get into this medical center. I wrote a request to Viber for an appointment with a neurologist. Instead of naming available dates, I was recommended to call with a significant delay. If I could or wanted to call, I would have done it myself. I asked to record me again via Viber, because there is no difference through which channel I communicate with the administrator. I didn't get an answer and I successfully got about them. What was my surprise when the next day Viber receives a message from representatives of the medical center with an offer to make an appointment with them through an online form on the site, without even providing a link to the form or a link to the site itself. That is, I have to Google and find their website myself. The whole joke is that I have already found the clinic and left the office of another medical center at the time of receiving the message. Alphamed does not know what a customer "service" is from the word "at all". I went to the reviews and thanked the case that I did not manage to get here. I have not seen such an amount of negativity in any month. I don't understand how such establishments manage to survive today. Either I don't understand something in business, but at our company we are literally fighting for every client, and here they are fighting for the client to leave dissatisfied or not come at all.
