Reasons for contacting the service:
1. LG TV model 55UP78006LC, periodically, began to turn on the second time. After the first turn on, the screen remains dark, only sound is broadcast, I turn it off, wait until the indicator lights up, turn it on, an image appears.
2. When starting a file from a flash card, playback is normal for 10 seconds, then the image stops, while the voice acting continues, the sound is stopped for 30 seconds, after which the TV restarts itself into broadcast mode. restarting this file runs without problems.
When I returned the TV from the service center, I received a statement that the TV was in perfect order, no flaws were found. They explained to me that my flash card is faulty (and I used different flash drives), and the antenna is not normal, and that's all the reasons. (This was told to me by the telemaster who diagnosed my TV on the phone).
I have three TVs, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an LG brand. This is my first call to the service center, and you can imagine my disappointment after such a diagnosis. In the absence of a TV, a TV 5 years older took its place, and there were no problems. I would like to hear the manufacturer's comment.

Horror, the staff does not know which equipment is taken under warranty, which is not. I had to fight through the store to get it repaired. The receipt for repairs was filled out, but how, when asked why they did not indicate all the defects, they said the master would figure it out himself. As a result, they did nothing (the defect was allegedly not identified, they did not allow them to talk to the master in order to show him personally) and demanded payment for the diagnosis. I had to argue for an hour and a half, call the store and figure it out to pick up the equipment. And besides, they were returned 3 days late
I want to say words of sincere admiration for your operational work, homely care and understanding of my problem as my own. After 1 year of use, my Samsung dishwasher began to rust. For a woman, this is a grief. I contacted your service center for advice. They listened, understood, arrived, drew up an act, contacted the store with it, replaced everything without question. The problems have been solved and I am very very satisfied with the service, I advise everyone.
The cost of 346 rubles was announced for the repair of the coffee machine (replacement of the pump, the model of the machine is inexpensive). If repairs are refused, 50 rubles are charged for diagnostics. This is the trap that turns out - you count on an adequate price (it says on the website from 30p.) for repairs, but you end up with expensive diagnostics. Perhaps you can apply under warranty, but I wrote the prices for paid repairs above, it's up to you to contact this SC or not.

They do not do their job professionally, they did the diagnosis of the TV as a result, the legs from it were lost, and in conclusion they wrote that everything was fine, but in fact the flaw remained.
