We have been served in this clinic for 10 months , the girl therapists have always been polite and attentive to us .
On the first of December, we signed up for sterilization, everything was fine according to the indicators, the doctor said I was taking the operation. Nothing foreshadowed trouble ! After 40 minutes, the doctor called me and said the dog died , she couldn't do anything . To the question :What happened? The doctor said "maybe " an allergic reaction.
I can't believe she was still a puppy, all the vaccinations were done, there were no reactions to them, everything was fine. I doubt the correctness of the doctor's actions , God is his judge . The children still can't calm down from the loss of a friend.
I don't know why there are so many positive reviews. I'll tell you my story. And she's terrible. Our cat is 15 years old. We came to the clinic with hope. And there wasn't much left to put our family member to sleep. We've been waiting sooooo long. And only after repeated questions, and when the scoreboard had already turned red from the long wait, we were invited. And what a surprise I felt when our doctor turned out to be someone who had just stood and talked to the administrator before. Nothing, the animals will wait. Our pet had pulmonary edema. And he even started spewing blood out of himself. They said it was euthanasia. OK. The robot girl has arrived. She didn't even let me say goodbye. I just shaved my paw and injected it. Then I ran to get a towel, and only then were we given the opportunity to kiss our family member. I understand everything, it's a job for them. But there must be at least something human left. After all, we've been for him all our lives. That's all. I would like to say a huge thank you for the human attitude to the payment administrator, who was the only one who said "I'm sorry." Yes, it's not the first time for her, but it's the first time we've lost a pet. Do not euthanize the animals here. For the human is alien here
