They have their own transport, their own ticket office and a contract with a bus station in a certain city in Russia. The drivers are tough men, and there's no need for others, since the contingent can drink beer on the bus and then ask to take a leak. In general, Lugansk is happy with the trip to Moscow. The bus was comfortable, it was warm and we could get some sleep...

I was traveling from Lugansk to St. Petersburg, when booking, the manager said that the bus had WI-FI. I was driving from a territory where there is no connection or Internet and I really hoped that I would book accommodation on the way. When boarding, the drivers warned that there was no Internet and would not be. I specifically booked with this company because of the Internet, I am very disappointed. The bus is new, but the seats are very uncomfortable. If the person sitting in front reclines, then he is squeezed between the seat and neither dry nor sigh. And when I asked the driver why there was no Internet, he replied that the company would not have lost much money if I had not gone. That's such a hidden rudeness, I answered politely, but you feel like you're begging. I will not go with this company anymore.

Because they do not meet the standards and rules of passenger transportation! Do not lower the backrest, it prevents the person sitting behind from kneeling against the person sitting in front. The PPC is full, the conder blows behind the head into the neck. The driver is dismissive! Such an attitude towards people who are ready to sit on each other for money. Seat belts are short, do not fasten! As a person who was in an accident recently in Abkhazia in the same bus, where people
flew out without buckling up and were injured very badly, now the first thing I do is pay attention to the seat belts and fasten myself and my children! Where are the bus inspectors and the transport police looking???!!! It is necessary to force to restore order in the cabin according to the norms of transportation and issue a huge fine. A reliable company, I use it annually for trips from St. Petersburg to Lugansk and back.The buses of the carrier are different, but in general, comfortable, with high backs of adjustable seats, the places of stops and rest time on them are adequate, the drivers are tactful, polite, free Wi-fi is available on the territory of the Russian Federation, films are shown in the cabin during the daytime. There is a bus with an ideal (enlarged) distance between seats for long-legged (and for those who have problems with TBs) (I got one for the first time this year).The ride in it was noticeably more comfortable for me.Travel time is 24 hours.It is better to book tickets in advance. I travel annually, the carrier has never let me down.Thanks to everyone involved.

I was traveling from Lugansk to Moscow. I left on July 13 at 21 o'clock. Dignities:
1. The bus is running on schedule;
2. The drivers are friendly. I left my backpack in the luggage compartment, I needed a power bank on the way. The driver, without question, opened the luggage at the first stop, allowed him to find and take it.
Disadvantages:
The bus is "tired". There is no smell of increased comfort. There was no mesh in the back of the chair in front, i.e. it was torn out. So, I had to put my phone, documents, and wallet in my pockets, which was not very convenient. Well, the declared options (such as a connector for charging the phone) were missing, as a phenomenon.
But in general, I got there - and thank God!

It is very convenient if you need to get from Russia to Lugansk without a transfer. The buses are large, comfortable, there is WiFi, TV shows are on the road, buses depart from St. Petersburg from the Baltic railway station 2 or 3 times a week. On the way for about a day, at the border you need to get out and go through customs yourself, then get on the bus and continue on your way.
