The sanatorium is good. The procedures are varied, a good aqua zone with unlimited access (there is a time when children are not allowed there)
The food is varied, but quite sanatorium-like:)
The staff is polite and friendly at the medical, spa area, and bar. If there is a free window, they can take it out of time, which is convenient.
For some reason, the staff at the reception were as gloomy and not friendly as possible, which pretty much spoiled the impression of rest and left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Good day! The choice of this sanatorium was not accidental, I carefully studied many where there are wellness programs for children, as it was supposed to rest with a 5-year-old grandson.I was also kindly offered options for other sanatoriums by Anastasia Zdravkurort's manager, but we settled on Alpha Radon.Further, Olga Petrova led us to the entrance, to whom we are very grateful, she was always ready to answer all questions, organized a wonderful transfer for us.Magnificent nature, clean air,attentive and very friendly staff,cleanliness and comfort in the room,boiled white bed linen and towels, a beautiful swimming pool, an excellent children's playroom, where each child has an individual approach and educational activities.Very sincere employees who carry out medical procedures.Doctors are professionals, really taking care of our health.Very tasty and balanced cuisine, respect to the chef!Attentive and courteous staff at the reception.I was very pleased with Ekaterina's delicate phrase at the check-out hour: I contacted the maid, you didn't leave anything in the room.Or I could say on duty, like, I'm going to check if you've paid for everything.She also presented her grandson with a Certificate for bravery, endurance and fearlessness.For a child, it was beyond praise.He was proud))).Of course, I would like to come to this sanatorium again.Thank you all very much!!!

I have been to Alpha more than once,,, I really love this sanatorium!!!But alas, it has risen in price very much and I could not go to it this year(((Cozy rooms, excellent service and food,excellent treatment, attentive staff,,,wonderful pool...I doubt that with such prices I will be able to come there again(((((

Rest from 29.08. to 12.09. at the Radon hotel. Great. The procedures really work. Doctors are professionals and the approach to the disease is professional. Room cleaning 10 points)). It's clean and cozy. Small remarks on the service in the restaurant ((, the staff is not very friendly and you have to wait for your dish. I came on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it. Modern equipment, amazing staff -sincerely friendly, ready to help, change the schedule of procedures, change the time... Everything is so homey, like the best old friends. The kitchen is wonderful. Unfortunately, you will not be able to lose weight. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It is worth mentioning the territory in particular. The river, the swans, the beautiful forest. Everything is well maintained, there is a place to walk and for a long time. You can definitely improve your health and get positive emotions here!

The perfect place to relax and unwind!!! As comfortable as possible, the staff is on top!!! The restaurant is exquisite, all the dishes are restaurant-style, not like in cheap restaurants in Belarus!!! The rooms are perfect, everything is fresh and new!!!
It was on May 9, 2023 ... the Cosmos program ... and I understand that Patriotism is off the scale!!! (But as I understand it, this sanatorium will be fun and delicious for any holiday!!!

I recommend it to everyone!!!This is the best sanatorium in Belarus!!!Very kind and helpful staff, professional doctors and most importantly, there are such procedures for maintaining health that you will not find anywhere else!!!!The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the portions are large.The most important thing is radon baths, they raise the immune system very well. I recently visited the Alpha Radon complex and underwent the Bioenergomassage procedure. Lately, I've been feeling a lot of tightness in my body, back pain and swelling. I have tried different types of massages, including relaxing and therapeutic ones, but they did not give the expected effect. Then I was advised to try 'Bioenergomassage', and it turned out to be the best solution.
During the session, I felt the stagnant lymph accelerate and all the clamps disappear. The back pain went away, and after the massage I felt like I was reborn. I would like to express my special gratitude to the specialist Alla, who conducted a massage taking into account all my wishes, paying special attention to working out the back.

If you are going to take the train, think very hard. There is only one conditionally available TYPE-2 in the entire district. To get access to it, you need to sign up for a mythical waiting list. Naturally, no one calls back. I arrived by train - I'll be on guard when I'm free. It is located on the back side of the building on the left side, check-in to the loading area.

This is a heavenly place! It is located in the forest, on the river bank. The cleanest, well-groomed territory. The service is at the highest level, from the first minute of your stay you find yourself in an atmosphere of comfort. Polite, helpful staff. Food for all tastes and moods. Delicious, varied, healthy. The rooms are cozy, cleaning is daily. Clean, bright and comfortable. My husband and I really liked it, we want to come back next year!!!

Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about the work of the sanatorium and work in it.Everything was fine, friendly staff, everyone was very friendly,cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are really thin, everything is very audible,food and treatment are also excellent, BUT there is one moment, I passed paid tests at the sanatorium, on Friday, on Sunday I left, they promised to call me on Monday to send my tests for which separately I paid and had a consultation on them, BUT Monday passed, no one called on Tuesday and my tests were not there either, I started calling them, redirected to each other, again no, there are no tests on Thursday and there is no call from them either, THIS is the biggest MINUS and SPOILED the whole impression before that…

Two sanatoriums. Alpha Radon and Radon are located nearby. One is 4ka, the second is 5ka.
Alpha has a cool pool and rooms. Radon is simpler. The territory is one. Therefore, if the pool and quality are very important, it may be worth overpaying. And if the main thing is the procedure, then it doesn't make much difference: radon baths and sapropel mud are the same. All views and the territory are available to vacationers of both sanatoriums.

We are regular guests of Alfa-radon. After 7 years of annual rest, I can say that those who have never rested here will be satisfied, and those who are regular guests will probably be disappointed, since this year there are savings... in the restaurant, everything is very tasty as usual, but before out of 6 all 6 were favorites, now out of 6 (delicious) the favorite will be 1, Alpha Radon has always been famous for its desserts, this year some of them were replaced with pastries (buns), but before it was excellent cakes,and mousses glasses... breakfasts used to be more diverse, everyone's favorite cheesecakes and lazy cheesecakes disappeared... the coffee machines are also configured for 3 drops of coffee... very sorry..At this rate, Alpha Radon will very soon lose its star and turn from 5* to 4*..
There are also questions about the lessons of the rooms (it used to be better and cleaner), and the staff is often gloomy now, there is no rainbow with which guests used to be greeted.
But even taking into account all these disadvantages, I think that at the moment Alpha-radon has no competitors in Belarus. He's the best.

The price is certainly not small, and I understand perfectly well that you can argue about the price, but I think that it is fair from a larger point of view. But still, I would like to wish that it was at least another 10% lower.
The food is excellent! A rich and delicious buffet selection.
Access to the swimming pool and saunas, gym is free. 👍
The territory is not particularly large, but well maintained. In summer, of course, there are more entertainment options (we were in early March)

I deleted my previous review for a very simple reason, the first impression and you can't write anything right away. The hotel-sanatorium is very clean, the territory is luxurious, there is a place to walk and play sports. The rooms are in excellent condition, everything is done with love. The food is decent , you can look for some problems and find them, but we are on vacation . The SPA is at a good level, we liked the medical base, the droppers do very well. The mud clinic is excellent for convenience . Cons of course there is an aquazone and a gym. I think the management knows these problems . It's great to relax here from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Payment per day for rooms for 2 people in the region of $ 200 per night.
The price-quality is not justified.
Positive:
- excellent medical services offered by doctors and they talk about the available procedures;
- no queues, lots of seats in the dining room (there was always a place to sit, despite the May holidays);
- the staff works clearly and smoothly.
Minuses:
- terrible sound insulation in the rooms - you can hear every word of the neighbors, every sound.
My neighbors and I were unlucky, so at night the neighbors had fights and swearing, which prevented us from sleeping;
- the absence of a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms;
- the absence of a kettle and water bottles in the rooms - there is an announcement that clean artesian water flows from the washbasin, but not everyone is comfortable with this situation;
- the territory is shared with the sanatorium "Radon";
- paid parking is $ 1 per day, which is located 1 kilometer from the sanatorium.

In April (9-15.04), I visited this sanatorium with my family for the third time (2015.2017 and 2023)
and each time the sanatorium welcomes us, feeds us deliciously, improves our well-being and improves itself with each visit!
This year I was pleased with the children's club-it is very convenient to take the child through the procedures in the morning, then send him to play and craft under the supervision of a teacher and mom also go get her portion of relaxation
We were very lucky in terms of the time of stay - the sanatorium was not very busy, so we often swam in the pool ourselves, there were no queues at the restaurant, it was easy to choose a convenient time for procedures. How are things on big trips ( holidays, school holidays) I do not know
If you want to quickly help your body get back to normal and are not afraid of strong hands, then I will recommend massage therapists Alexander Skorba and Galina for adults.

Chic, expensive, but the price/quality ratio greatly outweighs the quality side. Everything pleases here, starting from the design and color scheme of the premises and continuing with the cordiality and courtesy of all staff, and reception services, and maids, and, of course, medical workers. A very beautiful place, wonderful staff and food. The territory is large, well-groomed, near the river there is a lot of space for walking.
Of the disadvantages, it is difficult to find a free sunbed in the pool during the day, they are simply not enough. The second disadvantage is the procedures, when I felt sick at the very beginning of the massage, the staff did not even bother to clarify if I was okay, but they did not forget to charge the full price for it.
In general, I recommend it for visiting, but not for recovery.

No one warned in advance, but the aquazone was replaced by procedures (this is a plus). And another separate topic is breakfast (something incomprehensible). But in general, it's normal.
