EXPENSIVE ANALYZES I DID NOT ASK FOR!
On 18.11.24 I addressed for analysis: MEPEVICAINE, ARTICAINE but at the result I find additionally spontaneous and induced activation of basophils. I didn't ask for or need any of this. I paid 925 lei, but I was not informed that I will receive something extra for which I pay! Such analyzes cost around 300 lei.
Would your customers not deserve to be at least informed what else you add in the price? SO IT'S THE NEWEST WAY TO IDENTIFY THE PRESENCE OF THESE SUBSTANCES AND DRAIN MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE!
I will avoid this network of laboratories in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience at Alfa Diagnostica, and the girls at the reception are kind, promptly responsible and very well organized. A pleasant and professional experience every time!
I do not recommend this clinic. I took a PCR test the other day for a flight to Russia. The result was positive! And I had a flight the next day at lunch, for restructuring I went to another clinic and passed an urgent test in 5 hours, the result was negative) when you come to Russia to calm down and make sure that everything is fine, I passed another test, and of course it is also negative!! Now I realized that the alfadiagnostok clinic only siphons off money and does tests from the head!! It's a shame that they took a lot of money and almost blew the flight!
It's just terrible, I didn't think it would be so bad. You stand in line for at least an hour and a half if you have not booked a queue in advance. The service is terrible.
