Take a commission for the statement of transactions 7p? How is that even possible? Do I, as a bank customer, have to pay for this? Losing a client for 7p? Bingo Probably needs to consider other banks for servicing.

I like the bank itself. But the claim and one star is to the ATM. You drive, you waste time, and there are constant technical breakdowns. There are 2 ATMs in the city where you can deposit money, and they don't work.

Yesterday I ran into scammers and for security reasons you blocked my Internet banking and cards. In a conversation with tech support, I was told that after 24 hours, I would be able to delete the application, download it again and create a virtual card. And the physical ones should be reissued. I arrived 40 km away in Grodno, at a bank branch, and it turns out it may not be today or even tomorrow? And within a few days... I have a recording of yesterday's conversation with tech support.
