There are NO ATMs in the Zavodsky district! Nobody cares about the customer! Some unsubscribing and evading the EPA!

As for me, this is not a good ATM. It's stable on Monday and, plus, more often than not, it doesn't work on Tuesday. Apparently they're raking out all the cash over the weekend. There are always queues of 5-15 people. So if you plan to withdraw cash, then be prepared that it will not work on Monday and Tuesday. And on the other days, get ready to queue up.
