Previously, I liked this department - everything was fast, clear and friendly. But even 5 months ago, there were often problems with the ATM - it does not work, an error, etc. Now, I came to change the currency at 13.57 and they said: it doesn't work from two to three. I said it was 3 minutes to three, but I was "turned off", and was turned off by a relatively free employee at the entrance, who notifies that the cash register is not working. That is, this employee cannot substitute another for lunch. The overall result is that the department is no longer of the same level, although the course is at the level of high-quality departments. If possible, it is better not to take risks and go to another branch
At lunchtime, during the increased attendance, there is 1 ticket office, a queue of 16 people. Plus, they invite clients from specialists to this cashier, it's just some kind of disrespect.
