I'm usually happy with this bank, BUT one time (on May 10) I came 20 minutes before closing time to hand over the coins (there were about 4 rubles in a bag of different denominations of kopecks, which my grandmother gave me because she doesn't see these coins and can't use them)
I heard so much discontent from the cashier, despite the fact that they have a sorting "counting" machine... There was no limit to the cashier's indignation, as a customer should I listen to all this? I brought the money to put it on the card, so the operator had to silently take everything, put it in the machine and perform the operation.
Instead, they started talking to the cashier next to me, making humiliating phrases in my direction, sighing with displeasure, rolling their eyes, and clicking tiredly... Awful. Such employees are definitely not worthy of your bank's reputation...
in the end, she calculated everything in a minute and a half, and she was indignant and sighed (hoping that I would change my mind and leave) for 5 minutes...
I have always been an ardent fan of this bank, I have always recommended it. And now - one solid negative. I received a favorable offer from another bank, which eventually I decided to change the bank. There were still cards in alfa Bank that were no longer needed, but they should have been closed. I came to the branch to close the cards, as a result, 4.9 rubles were withdrawn for issuing a digital card. I think it's okay, other banks have a free issue, but a digital card will come in handy. The next day, the bank withdraws 4.9 rubles again. I had to go to the bank to sort it out. As a result, it turns out that this was removed for lowering the smart package. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off. Pay for each operation. But that's not all. I took the ticket, a guy sits down in front of me to the operator, who does not have a ticket, and they tell me to wait. Was it possible?! How is that even possible? I do not recommend this bank to anyone!

The ATM does not accept new USD banknotes. Although these bills are already 7 years old, When clarifying the information, the call centers said that they do not plan to solve this problem yet. Then why do you need a 24-hour ATM with the ability to top up your card 24/7 without this feature?
