It's just awful! I have been a premium client of the bank for many years, as an individual and since 2017, as a legal entity. On 04.26, when we came to the bank to transfer the proceeds, we found that the laptop, which was needed to make the payment, was dead. When I approached the administrator and asked him to plug the charger into the wall outlet for a couple of minutes, I was refused (although she had two free ones). After explaining that I was a premium customer, I still got rejected, even though there were a lot of outlets available. As a result, the bank day ended, the payment failed, and I received a direct loss.

I have always been on Alpha's side as a client, I have always recommended this bank as the most customer-oriented, but after such a piggy act, we will look for another bank both as an individual and as a legal entity.
