On Thursday, when exchanging currency, they gave a larger amount than it should have been according to the exchange rate (they didn't recalculate my joint carefully because there were a lot of people in the department and it felt like they were already breathing down your neck). I moved the money to another place at home and found out that there were more of them only after 6 days (that is, on Tuesday) when I paid for the online order. The next morning (Wednesday), I took it to the bank branch to return it because I know it's a criminal offense, so they didn't even know they had a shortage on Thursday, but they asked if you were on Wednesday (so it's not the first time they've had it in the days before Thursday). I made a refund, but they didn't even say thank you. And it turns out that the police were already looking for me (great, go to the bank to change money, and they'll also put you on the wanted list) on Friday, the police came home, I had to write an explanatory note because the money had already been returned. The conclusion is this: COUNT THE MONEY WITHOUT LEAVING THE CASH REGISTER, demand a paper receipt (and not how they display the receipt on the tablet screen) and don't care if someone is breathing down your neck. And this was my last visit to this bank branch.

Thanks to the call center girl who edited the data. The staff of the department is definitely a minus.

I have been a client of this bank for more than 3 years, the application is cool, everything is convenient, which cannot be said about the bank branch and its device. One day I came to pay the bill according to the sheet from the place of demand in cash, I was one of the first to come to the branch in the morning, took a ticket to the ticket office from where they sent me to a specialist to fill out documents and told me to wait for my number in the queue. I waited for an hour and a half, there were 20 people after me, and as a result, the specialist told me that the bank does not make such payments and I heard the answer to all the questions, well, unfortunately. Absolutely wasted time, nerves and plus incompetence of employees. No one notified me at the checkout, anywhere. So there is also no clearly constructed queue system, I will definitely complain. In a similar branch only from Belarus bank, they immediately helped me without queues and made the payment in just 7 minutes. It's just an outrage.
I use the Alfabank card, everything is very convenient in the application, but if you need to solve the issue at the branch, then you can sit in the queue for 1-2 hours…
