Alfa, thank you for working in Belarus. The best bank at the moment in the Republic of Belarus. Previously, the application was close to ideal, after moving to a new one it became worse, but it is actively being finalized, I think it is only a matter of time before the application returns to its previous level. The bank's branch is conveniently located, any issues are resolved on the spot without any problems. Depending on the problem, a solution is possible without visiting the bank, although I have to walk to it in 5 minutes. It is pleasant to communicate with the staff, they are polite and competent. The exchange rate is pleasant in 9 out of 10 cases.

Good location in the city. Nice staff. Electronic queue. A cool room. Any issues are resolved quickly by competent employees. Good currency exchange rates.
Earlier in the winter, there was tea, coffee, and water at the reception... Now there is only an empty cooler... Disrespectful, if nothing more. Terminals for replenishment often do not work.

The staff at the bank is very professional, but the bank itself has warmed me up to 150€
