Wonderful SPA
We lived in a Radisson, so admission was free.
There is a Roman sauna. Usual. Russian. The pool is small. The Jacuzzi. A recreation room with birds. Tea. Water. Tan.
They give you slippers, towels and bathrobes.
Highly recommend it!!!!!

Great place! The spa is divided into male and female parts. The fact is that historically there were baths and there was a female and male ablution ceremony before the wedding. In general, both traditions and modern style have been combined here. Roman sauna, Finnish and Russian. There is a small swimming pool and a large Jacuzzi. The hammam is more for massage, I recommend taking a Kese and massage, it relaxes perfectly.
We stayed at the Shiraz Hotel, so the spa was included in the price. No time limit. And so - 15k drams for admission. Kese + massage, for example, 23k drams, but on weekdays a 30% discount when booking in advance!
Yes, they give everything away here! Slippers, towels, bathrobes. Even swimming trunks can be bought at the entrance (men's - 2500, women's swimsuit - 7000). There is water, tea and tan.
I highly recommend this place in Gyumri. I think if we go back, it will be only to this hotel and SPA.

The place is well-publicized, but not worth a visit.
Massage is done for 20 minutes instead of the stated 30 minutes.
Prices are higher than in Moscow.
When you're lying in the hot stones area, the staff is constantly passing by and slamming the doors loudly, which no amount of music allows you to relax.
They smoke aikas inside.
During the visit, my son was molested by an adult man.
At the reception, the staff does not respond to complaints, which leads to strange thoughts.

I give the highest score, I've been to many spas, but Alexandra spa left a pleasant aftertaste, a great place to recuperate.Stylish and very cozy interior.A completely different reality as soon as you step through the door. Very clean. They give out slippers, towels, and a bathrobe. The division into male and female zones. If you didn't take swimsuits, you can buy it here. Coffee, tea, tan are included in the price. There is shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. There are additional services (scrubbing, etc.), but we did not use them. The staff is very friendly.
