I got a haircut from master Alesya for almost a year, everything was fine, even though an intern once cut my hair, without any warnings before that. And so once again I came for a haircut, right after lunch, I arrived 20 minutes earlier. The door is closed, well, of course, the man at lunch is his legal lunch time. I'm sitting waiting, the call, "sorry, I don't have time, I'm at a friend's, he's ill, I'm waiting for an ambulance. I will dial you within 20 minutes, either we will shift the time, or we will set another day." I decided to stay just in case, wait, you never know, he will shift the time and arrive in half an hour. As a result, probably because of my naivety, I waited 2 hours. Accordingly, no one dialed me, the person did not answer my calls either, he did not even send any message. Okay, I was a little angry, but as they say, we are all people who know what could have happened to a person.... That's what I thought, waiting for the call the very next day, until I saw "stories" on Instagram, where the person continued a normal life. I am of the opinion that if a person has time for social networks, then there should be time for his clients. Especially those who come to you on a regular basis. Thank you for your work, Alesya, but I won't come to you anymore.

I signed up for a haircut for Ekaterina (according to her, she cuts it for a long time, but with high quality) yesterday for today. Today, a girl calls back and says that the master urgently had to leave. We agreed with the girl that she would call back in 5 minutes and say - maybe they will be able to receive me at least later today. 10 minutes later, he called back. They didn't pick up the phone. Never got a call back... 3 stars for the poor work of the "call center"

I was cut by master Alesya, a professional in her field, and immediately offered facial depilation. I was delighted!!!
The work uses high-quality materials that smell nice and do not irritate the skin.

The haircut is very bad .

After the haircut , there were a lot of antennas on my head , half of the bangs were just cut off , I still can 't understand why it was cut off , I didn 't ask for it .
