The sanatorium is super, I really liked it!
Lots of oaks, fresh air. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.
But not without disadvantages: there is basically nothing to buy:
1) Shop: the saleswoman works terribly,
only because of her -1⭐. Not only did I shorten the working day by 3 HOURS, but we still came an hour before closing time, the store was closed... The choice is meager, there is nothing to buy and everything is overpriced.
2) Bar: the saleswoman certainly likes it, but still mostly alcohol and snacks to it.

The sanatorium corresponds to the prices. We lived in a two-room room in the second building. Basically, everything is fine. Clean, warm, the food is not bad. The procedures are also for every taste. The pool is not big, the locker room is not big, there are only two showers. There's a queue to wash up before and after the pool. For people with painful joints of the lower extremities, there are many difficulties with the stairs. All buildings are interconnected by walkways, which is a big plus. However, in winter it is cool in the passages, especially after thermal or water procedures. The medical staff and the maids are friendly. They perform their duties properly. The territory is well maintained. In summer, there are places to go for a swim, canopies, sun beds. The procedures are described at the reception desk. It is very comfortable. We checked in quickly and were escorted to the door. Movies for free, discos for children and adults, every day except Wednesday. Parking for cars is guarded, free of charge. They're taking us on an excursion, if the group gets together, we're lucky, we didn't go. We went to the Polisyanochka concert and liked it very much. You can drink delicious coffee from the machine. They bring all sorts of things. If something is missing, or something is forgotten, everything can be bought. There's a bar, but we didn't go in there. I had a rest at the sanatorium in early July with my daughter. I really enjoyed the rest. Everything is very polite and cultured. The territory is very well maintained, benches, gazebos. The lake is just gorgeous. The beach is sandy, sun beds, benches, catamarans, boats.Very comfortable. We lived in the 4th building. The room was tired, of course, but that's not what we were going for. Fans of air-conditioned suites and Jacuzzis are not welcome here. In general, the room is normal, everything worked, burned, opened and closed. They cleaned every day, the bed was changed a week later. As it should be.
For entertainment. The children were shown cartoons in the evening, then discos. Excursions were offered, but most did not take place, because there are few people willing.
Everything is fine with the food. The first 3 days are on-duty dishes, then a customized menu. Delicious, satisfying. There are plenty to choose from. You definitely won't be hungry. There is a bar on site. For fans of alcohol there is a paradise. That's what the bar is for. There are local sausages, ice cream, drinks. The prices are high. The hostess of the bar knows her business.
There is a store, too, the choice is normal, basic goods are present. It's cheaper there. You can use bank cards everywhere. But there is no ATM.
The treatment is standard for the sanatorium. You can purchase procedures. There is a swimming pool.
Upon departure, we found a shortage of one towel. We lost it ourselves or forgot where, maybe someone helped, we won't know anymore. We paid at the checkout. 13₽.
We are satisfied with the rest as a whole. Thanks to the staff of the sanatorium, you are well done, you are doing your job well! Would you like to come here again? I think so.

A good sanatorium.
The territory is quite large and well-groomed, there are gazebos, playgrounds and a good beach. The food is quite varied and tasty.
There is a closed parking lot.
By the way, if you are traveling by car, then be prepared that at the entrance 10 km away there will be a checkpoint at the entrance to the border zone (they will definitely stop and ask about the purpose of arrival).
The main disadvantage of the sanatorium is the tired room stock.
For people whose childhood was spent in the 80s .. 90s - a visit should cause an attack of nostalgia ;)
I liked the rest, but I'm unlikely to go again.

The girls at the reception, marketing, treatment nurses, canteen staff, etc. special thanks to Ninel, the hostess of the Bar. I've been looking forward to meeting these wonderful people for a whole year. I've made a lot of friends that we're dating. I've been celebrating New Year's Eve in Ales for the second year. Everything is cool. But this year there was one problem with new musical staff. It seems that people are just serving their time, but they are not interested in anything. There were no problems in the music software until last year. Yuri Vladimirovich and the rest of the employees came up with something, listened to requests and advice. They are always friendly and welcoming. I can't say the same about current employees Alexandra and Isabella. I really hope that they will listen to the opinion of vacationers and draw the appropriate conclusions. And everything will be great on my next summer visit. I was in this sanatorium for the first time.
I really liked it!
First, the air (around the oaks.firs, birches)
A magnificent big lake!
Small buildings (3 floors)
are all within walking distance.
Hearty meals (4 meals a day)
To choose from.(All non-greasy, light)
The treatment is good (everyone can choose what suits them best)
The only negative (there are no air conditioners in the rooms)
But at night the temperature dropped and by morning it became cooler in the room.
It is more suitable for those who like a relaxing holiday.

I had a rest at the sanatorium in January 2025.We arrived by company bus at 8 a.m. We checked into the room at 9. The room is clean and cozy. Daily cleaning!! The food is customized, everything is delicious, homemade. They gave fruits: pears, tangerines, apples, oranges. In 15 days, they gave 3 bottles of 1.5 liters of mineral water. The sanatorium Alesya is:
- a single building for all residential buildings, medical facilities, entertainment areas and a dining room.
- a delightfully clean large lake with a well-equipped beach.
- simple, tasty, clean, tidy territory.
What else is needed 😅
Rental of gazebos, sports equipment, sauna, entertainment program, many medical procedures with adequate time for each visitor, Ninel bar with a charismatic hostess, shop, meat/fish and cheese of local production for guests.
Of the nuances, the pool is small, with only two showers. The stairs are kilometers long, the furniture is tired. And people are fire. Many thanks to Ninel and masseuse Sernova for the flavor of this place.
Result. We had a family vacation with a child of 7 years old, a room for three in the fifth building. Everything is without frills, but with quality and soul. We are very satisfied. Before that, we were in 5 sanatoriums of the Republic of Belarus, it is definitely worth returning here.

We rested in the sanatorium with our family from December 22 to December 29. I liked everything very much. The sanatorium is located on the shore of a large lake, surrounded by a pine forest, the nature is very beautiful. We were offered a 2-room room for 4 people, a bed for adults, a sofa for children. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food is 5 meals a day, very satisfying, the portions are large, the menu is varied and customized. We have never been hungry. The treatments are good, I especially liked the massage, my husband a circulating shower and a cedar barrel. We had a pool every day. The children are also delighted. Leisure for children and adults is well organized, watching movies and a disco, tennis, billiards and much more. I recommend visiting, by the way, the average age of vacationers was 40-50 years old, the elderly and pensioners were 25-30 percent. There are many couples with children. The price range was very pleasantly surprised, we spent less than we expected, while we did not deny ourselves anything.
P.S. There is a bar in the sanatorium, they sell a very tasty snack from Stepan's Grandfather (produced by Motol agro-town) and hot smoked fish (sea bass - it was very very tasty).

I had a vacation with my wife from March 4 to March 12.
We arrived by car, so there were no problems getting there. Immediately upon arrival, the car was put in free Parking (about 40 parking spaces) for vacationers, we went to check in. We checked in at 2 p.m. and were immediately sent to lunch. The lunch was very tasty. We returned to check in again, got the keys to the room and went to check in (you can drive up to the building by car, having previously signed up with the security guard at the entrance). The room turned out to be better than expected. After that, we visited a doctor, and procedures were prescribed. It took about 2 hours to complete all of the above.

The staff and service are all so kind and friendly that at first it was even unusual.
The food was excellent, and there were no dishes I didn't want to eat during my stay.
The territory and views are a mixed forest, coniferous species predominate, a lake with very clear water, gazebos and sun beds, and sports grounds. You can take a walk, because the territory is large.
On March 8, we rented a gazebo, the cost is 21 rubles. This price includes a gazebo for the day, skewers, a grill net, 2.5 kg coals, a bedspread, a tablecloth and blankets to keep warm.
I think the sanatorium is very good in the summer, but the spring vacation turned out to be 100%.
We had a great rest + received a huge number of medical procedures.
We will definitely come again!

It was my first time in a sanatorium. A good sanatorium with a good medical base, especially for those with back problems. The courteous staff who conducts the procedures. Super Galina Nikolaevna, who will conduct physical therapy classes, will make all muscles, joints work and disperse the blood. He will give advice in the gym.
Natalia Bronislavovna is a very good physiotherapist, experienced, gave good advice and recommended procedures for the whole family. Vyacheslav Georgievich is a competent, experienced physiotherapist (neurologist), perfectly conducted a course of cryo therapy (injection of carbon dioxide under the skin), gave useful tips on how to take care of yourself with a problem back. The hard worker Yuri Vladimirovich, who organized wonderful excursions around the Brest region, organized evening leisure. They are well fed.
Many thanks to the entire staff of the sanatorium, they recharged and gained strength.
The only drawback: it's difficult to get there, you still need to organize a decent meeting of vacationers on the spot, offer coffee, so as not to just sit in the lobby, waiting. And it is faster to settle and offer the full range of their services.

I had a rest in July 2024.A very nice territory, all residential buildings, a dining room, a medical building are connected by passages, the surrounding nature, an awesome lake, an equipped beach is a huge plus!But, we must somehow develop in terms of leisure!
The medical staff is very friendly, but the equipment is all old, probably from Soviet times, it is problematic to get an appointment with a doctor.
In my opinion, it's a bad idea not to feed breakfast to visitors, this has never happened before.And the menu should be reviewed, some dishes seem VERY STRANGE.

Far from the city, there is a forest all around, a shop and a bar mostly with food and alcohol, but there is no banal fumigator and mosquito cream (and mosquitoes are fierce there). On weekends and holidays, many procedures do not work, paid procedures must be taken immediately by the course, otherwise there will be no free windows by appointment (they wanted a stone massage, but due to lack of staff, only 2 procedures are performed per day). The transfer is free only on certain days, otherwise you can get to 4-4.5 tr (depends on the course). Every evening there are movies for children and adults, discos, periodic excursions to different cities and attractions, cultural celebrations. You can rent a gazebo by the lake and barbecue. The staff is very friendly and courteous!

Good food, highly qualified staff, convenient logistics - all buildings are connected by passages. The rooms are of different price categories and different levels of comfort. There are numbers from the 70s. The wallpaper is taped and the bedspreads are in such coils that it's scary to pick up. The TV is a small cube from the 90s. The bathroom is a separate conversation!!! The sink is installed below the groin level, and the bathroom is very high. It's hard for older people to get into it. There's nothing to see. The territory is small, you can only go for a walk with your passport, and the view from the room is of an abandoned building

The rooms are renovated so-so... renovation of the 90s. In 18 days, the room was cleaned 3 times, 2 of which had to be requested! I would like to thank the Department of Culture for the diverse educational and entertainment program for vacationers. Sightseeing trips to the surrounding attractions: Brest, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Pinsk, Zhirovichi Monastery,Synkovichi, Dostoevo, Motalsky prysmaki festival, etc. Concerts by vacationers and employees of the sanatorium always cause a storm of positive emotions! Dmitry comes up with funny tasks and contests for discos, offers to dance forgotten dances, which he remembers and famously dances the entire dance floor! There are a lot of impressions. I would like to note that everything is always clearly organized. It's nice that the safety of vacationers always comes first. Both Yuri Vladimirovich Shcherbakov and Dmitry Sidorchuk, if necessary, put vacationers who violate public order and interfere with others in their place. And it doesn't matter that one day Dmitry had to finish the disco ahead of schedule. It is unpleasant for anyone when drunk and arrogant strangers try to spoil a wonderful evening. the location is just super! 200 m away is a beautiful lake, on the other side is a pine forest. There are 5 residential buildings, the rooms are good, there is everything you need. Very clean-respect! All buildings: medical, residential, dining room, etc. are connected by warm passages, it's wonderful!!! Competent and polite medical staff. Very nice pool and gym. A bar for relaxing in the company with a huge assortment of spirits, meat, fish and other things. The dance hall is huge with beautiful light music. Sports equipment rental point. Vacationed in October 2023 with two sons 5.5 and 7.5 years old. Both the children and I enjoyed the rest very much. The food is excellent, the nature is gorgeous, the living conditions are normal, cleanliness and friendly staff. We were afraid to go, having read the negativity, in fact everything turned out fine! The medical base is also on the level! Physical therapy is a miracle, instructor Galina Nikolaevna is just a sorceress! I definitely recommend it!

The sanatorium is not a block in itself. But there are disadvantages, these are cold rooms. We got one of them. It was 18, 19 degrees in the room. When ventilated, the temperature dropped to 16. It's very cold at the end of October. The management has not resolved this issue. I have applied more than once.We were vacationing with two small children. Also, the room is very dirty, the toilet stank, the cleaner did not do her job.

We had a rest in early August at the sanatorium for the first time. The service is excellent. My husband and I came on a wellness trip, but decided to get treated. We got to the general practitioner without any problems, who prescribed the necessary procedures for us.

There is a minus and it is big. This is a transfer. We left on Friday, hoping for a free transfer from the sanatorium. As a result, there can be one free transfer per day, either to the St. Petersburg train, to which the transfer leaves the sanatorium at 13.20, or to the Moscow one. If the St. Petersburg ones sign up for a transfer, then the Moscow ones go on this transfer and walk for five hours to the train, and it goes at 21.13. As a result, we went to our train on the transfer of the sanatorium, but for money.

A Soviet-style sanatorium. It's not bad, it's very good. The food is good, from the third day there is a customized menu. Very tasty soups. The staff is friendly. There are rooms without repair and with repairs, but as I understand it, they will slowly make repairs in all rooms. The main advantage of the sanatorium is a lake with a beautiful beach, a forest with clean air. The price-quality ratio is excellent.I definitely recommend visiting in good weather!!!I recommend that you take a mosquito spray and a small kettle with you (there is no kettle in ordinary rooms, rent is 2 rubles a day)

The sanatorium has a full board, food for an amateur, I did not like it at all, the child ate at all, only the Ninel bar saves ... you can buy everything there, and sausage, and cheese, and the village .... in general, everything from a loaf to a gon..on. The biggest advantage of the sanatorium is Lake Zavyshanskoe, a miracle of nature, children have plenty of space because a long distance is shallow water.
