This hotel is a nice one especially if you are travelling on a budget. They server you with a buffet breakfast that is complete and balanced. Their rooms are clean but I hope that they will change their old mattresses soon.

The best hotel in Yerevan, in its price category. Cool pool, terrace, cozy rooms. Close to the airport. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. And separately, this attitude of the hotel staff is beyond praise. We've been to many hotels in Yerevan, it's good everywhere, but here it's 10 out of 10. For connecting flights, and to live for a few days is just the thing!

A small, pretty hotel with beautiful, clean, large rooms. Everything worked well, no problems. A huge plus is the wonderful pool and delicious breakfasts. The most important thing is that we have never met such kind, responsive, caring people as the hotel owner and MOM! Thanks for everything! We will definitely come again!

Very friendly staff, nice pool, restaurant with excellent cuisine. There is no Wi-Fi on the third floor. There was no remote control for the air conditioner and a hair dryer.

I was not going to write a review, because by agreement / suggestion from a representative of "... a wonderful hotel ..."-they issue a refund (cancellation of the reservation),- I pay in cash less than 12% of the amount in the booking.Everything is in the black.Except for booking, of course.But someone inside me, although on vacation, still collected negative feelings from visiting this hotel and the reminder at 10:30 a.m. of the aforementioned lady that I should leave their "Hotel Aleppo" with my family did not leave me a chance to stay white and fluffy and exactly an hour before departure I write this.Positive:
He is alone, and he is described above, namely, there is a chance to pay an amount less than under the contract.Ie.simply deceive the booking.Personally, I do not have particularly warm feelings for him, given the very frequent discrepancy between reviews and reality, and therefore let it remain on my conscience, and his-booking's.But the cons are always the most interesting, because they highlight the real state of affairs and it is on them that you need to focus when choosing and not only a hotel.Go.
1). The room itself.There is no ventilation in it, in principle, because it is not provided
.IE. waking up in the morning, you will breathe the same air that you "allocated" all night, despite the air conditioner working all night (if anyone does not know, it only cools / drives the air indoors without inflow from the street).Of course, this also applies to the "toilet" microclimate, which is periodically updated with odors from a hole in the floor, which is a drain.It smells from there, in short, and does not fade anywhere.The toilet is traditionally leaking, the liquid soap dispenser is a decoration.As well as a microscopic refrigerator, which apparently has not been defrosted for a long time, which is why it has completely lost its properties.
2). Breakfast.Buckwheat porridge, boiled eggs, fried eggs, boiled (in polyethylene!)sausages,sliced tomatoes/cucumbers,Georgian/Armenian lavash,feta,tea bags/instant coffee,apple juice.
All.
And this is waiting for you every day, and it's not a fact that coming 15 minutes after the official start of breakfast-from 10:00-11:00 you will find it all.Today (on our 2nd day, that's exactly what happened)
(While I was writing, sunbathing by the pool-the aforementioned lady came up once again and persistently reminded us that other guests were already waiting for our room (at 11:25).
Pool.No modern cleaning methods.Just from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning, a man with a net catches flies and bees.
Sheets.Have you ever slept on a fully synthetic sheet?Come and try it.
And all this is almost at the price of a Radisson in the center of Moscow.
But we must pay tribute to the organizers-the flow of visitors to this hotel is quite large.In any case, it's up to you.

The rooms are normal, although the furniture is not new and it feels like there was smoking in the rooms, but this is the local mentality. The pressure in the shower is good, there is always water. The breakfasts are homemade and hearty. You can wash things in the machine. And the coolest thing is the pool in the backyard, there are also sun beds!
