I do not advise anyone to go to this center. Especially patients with acute pain. Instead of checking your sore teeth with a camera, they start filming your entire mouth. And talk about your other teeth, even though you're worried about another tooth. The dentist who iced my teeth didn't even know if my nerves were open without an X-ray, although I tell him that they hurt when I eat and feel strongly about cold and hot water. Without an X-ray, it's already clear that the nerves are open. Instead of treating my teeth, he sends me to a 3D scan. Without a 3D image, they can't treat teeth, they can't put fillings, like they should know the length of the canal. And with a bad tooth, I have to go for a 3D shot of exactly the ones they will direct. And make an appointment with them again. To treat pulpitis of one tooth (painful) I have to wait 3-4 days. I used to treat their teeth, even more difficult than this time. Then they were treated without a 3D image. Only after a full examination by the stomatologist was X-rayed. Then I worked with more experienced stomatologists. Of course, I wasn't happy with their work today, and I said I wasn't happy. And this dentist didn't like my words and started being rude, so I felt sick and I started being rude too. I asked him for his name, but he refused to tell me and started threatening to call the police. I stood there, too, and said I wouldn't leave until FI told me. He never said. I'm not saying it's right that they don't warn customers in advance before recording that they need a 3D snapshot. They called another dentist, and she said they wouldn't even treat tooth decay without a 3D scan. That's when I realized that it's not useful to talk to them. And I left a review in their instogram. I wrote that people should immediately go there with 3D pictures so as not to waste time like me and not walk with a sore tooth for 2-3 days. They immediately blocked me. And then they themselves wrote on Whatsapp that I was slandering them. The center they sent me to take a picture of costs 12,000 tenge. They called me and asked. To comfort me, they also say we will give you a discount. Think about it yourself, to treat one tooth, they do both an X-ray and a 3D scan. To be honest, I don't have any healthy ones.
There are no teeth. 3 crowns, all teeth with fillings, but I've never taken a 3-D picture. I was outraged that they were sending it to their partner. In short, I do not advise you to go to this dental center. It's not like treating your teeth, but then you'll treat your nerves. If something doesn't suit you there, it's better to keep silent, otherwise they may condemn you for your statement. And they can raise our voices.
