Our class hired this photographer for a school photo shoot. Overall, the experience was mixed.
Of the advantages:
• High-quality photos and good photo processing
• The photographer was pleasant to talk to.
Of the cons:
• The photographer did not take into account the wishes of the class for shared photos, unequally inserted photos "of his choice", without providing shared photos for approval.
I think Alex foto has potential, but he needs to improve his communication skills. I would recommend that you carefully study the photographer's portfolio and discuss all your expectations before the start of the photo shoot, because expectations may not be fulfilled.

According to the planned schedule, on January 25, 2024 (Thursday) at 10:00 a.m., I was scheduled to visit the Alexfoto studio for a photo shoot. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the studio remained closed, despite the explicitly stated start time at 10:00. My numerous attempts to establish contact with studio representatives by phone proved to be fruitless. As a result, after a 25-minute wait, I was forced to apply for photography services at the Boulevard shopping center. Please pay attention to the fact that such situations can negatively affect the reputation of the organization and cause disappointment to potential customers. In connection with the above, I would like to recommend more effective control over the studio's working hours and taking measures aimed at ensuring accessibility for the client audience.
