A wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located next to the embankment, near many cafes, shops, (I recommend the Volna store). Special thanks to the staff! Very attentive, friendly, polite girls work. We rested here from 06/22/2023 to 06/28/2023. Thank you again so much for letting me stay with the dog. The best hotel in Sukhum, there are no complaints at all. Now only to you!
So we returned to our beloved Alexandria again on June 14, 2024, we arrived here and as if to our home. The room, and in the hotel itself, is clean, which you will rarely see anywhere. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly. Thank you so much for your work! You are the best! Alexandria is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Makhajirov embankment, and there are numerous beaches, restaurants and entertainment, so you will not be bored. There are no disadvantages.

The room is on the 4th floor , with children , it is not very convenient to climb with suitcases . The room itself is spacious, close to the waterfront. A conder broke down in the room in the heat , the master could not subdue . I was forced to open the window at night , it was so very hot , mosquitoes flew in , I walked half the night killing them . There are no screens on the windows. In the morning , the conder earned himself , worked for one day , died again at night . As a result, out of 3 nights, I did not sleep for 2 nights, I hunted mosquitoes. The mattress on the bed is also not comfortable , you roll down , while it is short , not the entire length of the bed . The staff is good by the way.

The hotel is normal. It is very well located. The photo from the website shows the exterior of the entire building, but the hotel is located on the third floor, the entrance to the entrance is at the back, there is Parking. The staff is polite. Everyone is recommended to have a cafe on the beach by two aunts, like everything is super. We were there twice, both aunts are all out of breath, spinning, not in time. Fried potatoes were waited for an hour ((( And the prices there are no less than in an air-conditioned restaurant a little further ahead.. I do not recommend, in short, this cafe. More about the hotel. There are no balconies at all, there is only one light source on the ceiling. They asked for something like a tarshare, gave them a table lamp (well, thanks for that). The room was 306, which is for three people. Big, angular. But the mattress there is just terrible, it is broken, it is not possible to sleep together, as a result, the husband slept on a small bed. My impressions are twofold, I don't know if I'll come there again....

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The biggest plus is the location! It is 2 minutes to the sea, the embankment with all the entertainment in the same place and to the center with fancy restaurants 10-15 minutes on foot. And the cons: stairs to the 4th floor, there is no elevator. A strange maid, cleans carelessly, but you can talk about this topic with the manager. The manager and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful people. Always with a smile and help and prompt. We lived in a suite, we liked the room very much. Everything is spacious and nothing superfluous, a comfortable shower :)

A typical hotel of primorsky Sukhum. Clean, tidy. Everything is in working order. When you're just spending the night in a hotel, nothing more refined is required. At night, only the exorbitant noise of forced engines. But these are the costs of the location of the hotel (center) and the temperament of local drivers.

Good location, parking in a closed area. Responsive staff. Check-in 3-4 floor. I liked everything, there is one disadvantage, there is no balcony. The problem is drying things.

Hello! We are currently vacationing with our family at the Alexandria Hotel. I am very glad that we booked a suite with a Jacuzzi back in April! The hotel is of a very good standard! The service is excellent. Thanks a lot to all the staff, Karina, Hibla, Nana, Rusiko, Iolanthe. If I misspelled the names, I'm sorry :) We feel cared for every day. If there are any nuances, everything is quickly resolved. The hotel is perfectly located. The embankment is 2 minutes away. Supermarkets are 5 minutes away. The market is 15 minutes away. Our room is newly renovated, has a huge bathroom. There is a shower cabin and a Jacuzzi.Everything is white and clean. There is a little lack of light, but I hope this situation will be solved. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor. There is a parking area and a security guard is constantly present. We have 2 TVs in our room, air conditioning, refrigerator, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc. The baby was provided with a cot. He sleeps like a groundhog :). The bed is clean and soft. The laundry is cleaned and changed every 3 days. It is very convenient that there is a paid laundry and drying service. When with children, this is the way out :) The girls make insanely delicious coffee, also in the morning - that's what you need! There is a small cafe on the beach, Alexandria. We eat there sometimes. There are always soups, meat, side dishes, etc. The kids like it. The hotel is practically new and I wish prosperity and development. And I hope that there will be a room for my family next year :) And maybe we'll come again in this! Because Sukhum is beautiful at any time of the year, it's a pleasure to go on excursions and live in a comfortable hotel!

Only the most positive emotions remained from the hotel. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: towels, soap, shampoos, hair dryer, heated towel rail, TV. Photos from the Internet correspond to reality. Regular room cleaning. Thank you for the good bed linen! Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee. Tea and coffee at the reception are free of charge. The staff is polite and helpful. They will help with any questions. Hibla-You have my heart! It is very close to the sea, about three minutes on foot. The rooms are very quiet, you can't hear the howling of dogs and other delights (before that I had to spend the night in another hotel). I highly recommend the cafe "Bay of Dreams" on the embankment. If you are guests in Alexandria, this cafe will treat you with special care, thanks to Karina! There were crackers on the grill for my son when he caught the rotovirus. Everything is delicious and fresh. Be prepared for huge portions (however, as everywhere in Abkhazia) and special thanks to Ilana! Bright, kind, positive, attentive, with a big soul, we will miss you) 😍😍😍

Let's be honest, everyone loves criticism, so take it. Let's start with the fact that they booked a "suite" with two rooms through Booking and in fact settled in another room for the same price. The table is shaking, it's scary to put something down. The description says about the robes, as everyone understands - they were not there. Washing is written - 200 rubles. In fact, they say 300. That is, prices can be changed at any time, according to your mood. The air conditioner makes noise worse than your oldest refrigerator, there is no handle on the locker, one door simply cannot be opened. The local flavor is present - during the day you can hear the negotiations of the hotel staff (although we are in the farthest room) There is also a highlight in the form of very, very bad light in the shower (toilet), you can generally take a flashlight with you. I'm writing all this straight from the hotel, I think this Internet may not pull the download) By the way, coffee is paid, although everyone in the reviews says it's free, I think it depends on your face and the mood of the reception) I think the price of 5000 per day is not worth it.

Well, that's it... We arrived late at night, we just had to fall on the bed and fall asleep. It looks clean. I didn't look under the bedside tables, I didn't move the beds.
We are 3 guests, we were all given 2 sets of towels (3 each), two sets of shampoo and soap, one bathrobe.
The room is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator. Accordingly, no one helped to take things to the room.
