Such hairdressers should have their hands cut off! This is the first time this has happened to me! I asked for one thing, but the girl Svetlana apparently decided that she knows better how to cut my hair. As a result, a spoiled mood for 3 months, until this mess grows back. I would recommend avoiding such would-be hairdressers!
