An excellent hotel, good rooms, a large number of swimming pools, a well-groomed area where it is pleasant to walk, polite staff who are always ready to help in everything, excellent cuisine with a large variety of dishes. But, in every big barrel of honey, there are little spoonfuls of tar that spoil everything.. daily room cleaning, it's not about that, and if something was done, then it's like this, to show that this service is there, the same thing on the beach, the wind knocked down the umbrellas from the sun, and they lay there for several days, well, with cleaning the beach, too, not so good, but most of all, the presence of redheads in the room struck ants, in huge numbers, it was generally a shock... all these little things have slightly spoiled the impression of the most luxurious hotel.

We spent 12 days/11 nights at the hotel in the breakfast + dinner format.
In general, everything was at a high level: a well-groomed, spacious territory, a comfortable beach and a very varied meal in the restaurant (I would like to mention the excellent mutton separately).
Among the disadvantages: not the freshest, although high-quality renovation in the rooms and the lack of blankets in the usual sense (there were waffle blankets). But the amazing friendliness and high level of staff negate everything.
Classic 5-ka for those who like a relaxing holiday and climbing the hill before dinner

The hotel has a large beautiful territory, the swim up rooms with access to the pool are very convenient! A large selection of food on the Swedish line, everything is delicious! But at the same time, there is always the impression that you are in the canteen! Maybe it's the contingent of vacationers, especially those who are all inclusive and do not know the measure of either alcohol or food! The beach is good only for watching sunsets, for swimming, in my opinion, it is not intended at all and besides it is not safe, especially for children! There was no cleaning, there was sand on the floor in the room upon check-in, let alone sanitation during Covid, even if the floors were not swept! There are nice guys at the reception trying to help with everything! Sparkling wine on arrival is also good )
