We wanted to leave a complaint to the Alatau laboratory at Sauran 5 B. My sister needed to be tested for hip surgery, the operation was scheduled, they came and tested, they said it would be ready in five days, well we waited these days, but for some reason our blood did not reach hepatitis C, I do not know for what reason, we went to sort it out , it turned out to be their negligence. Because of this, the operation was canceled, and the sister can't walk at all. We applied to this laboratory for the first time and were very disappointed.
