A cool complex. The landscaping of the yard is one of the best in the city. The residential complex is located in a gorge and is constantly blown by a fresh mountain wind. In summer, the temperature is always 2-5 degrees lower than in the city. The housing is low-rise. There are large terraces on the 1st floor.
