We have been vacationing with our family for the second time in this wonderful place!
The owners are kind and helpful. The room is clean and cozy, spacious!!
We agreed in advance about an additional place for the child 😀
The pool was a separate type of recreation for our children)))
The kitchen is shared, but spacious and clean enough, there is a shared refrigerator (plus a small refrigerator is also present in the room)
The location is very good, 2 minutes by car to the sea, 7-9 minutes on foot, many shops and cafes nearby.
In general, a wonderful place in a beautiful country.

We had a rest with the company in July 2024, the place is excellent, the rooms and the territory are clean, the owners are very sincere, pleasant people) shops, pharmacies, cafes-everything is within walking distance. In the kitchen there is a separate locker for each room (which is very important), a washing machine is in use by guests. Alyas and Elsa always respond promptly to all requests from guests.Photos correspond to reality )I really liked everything, I recommend it)!

A wonderful place, we have been looking for something modern and comfortable for a long time, there was love at first sight here. It is located within walking distance to all necessary locations - shops, pharmacies, cafes, the sea, but at the same time away from the noisy street and extraneous sounds. There is peace and comfort on the territory - several areas for rest and food. The rooms are clean, bright, and fresh. Refrigerator, air conditioning, shower - everything works fine. In general, we felt at home) well, I would like to say some words of gratitude to the owners of the hotel, they are extremely welcome, and try to create maximum comfort for the guests.

Good afternoon! We had a rest in Alakhadzy in the middle of August. Having studied numerous places for temporary stay, we chose Alaska and did not lose! The place is great! Both in terms of location (close to the main street and the sea) and the atmosphere inside the guest house itself. Despite the fact that there is a central street nearby (which is very convenient), Alaska is very calm and quiet...it's just right for families with children, and in general, it's important for any person to relax. The rooms are clean and cozy; on the territory there is also order and cleanliness everywhere. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining room, there were no problems with cooking and eating. The pool is very clean, constantly in filtration...to plunge into it after returning from the sea under the scorching sun is a must)) A few words about the owners of this guest house - a married couple Elsa and Alyas. Responsive, kind and decent people! It feels like you've known them for a very long time, and this despite the fact that communication with them was fickle, since you were on the beach almost all day, often traveling to amazing places in this wonderful country. In general, we definitely recommend Alaska as your place of stay! Have a good rest!

A great vacation turned out to be thanks to the owners of the house, who took into account our wishes when booking a room. The three of us lived in room 8. There is Parking on site, the room is clean, the furniture is new, there is a bathroom, which is very important. The communal area is also clean, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The hosts are wonderful people, always in touch and always help in everything. We ordered an excursion through them, it turned out to be cheaper than taking it on the street. We were just as lucky with the neighbors, despite the fact that many were with young children, there were no screams, no one was making noise. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, depending on who walks how. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, they offer drinks and food, the prices are acceptable. There are ski rentals, boat rides and other entertainment. There are many shops and canteens on the way to the sea. In general, we liked everything, we were satisfied and we will come again.

Great place! We had a rest from June 10th to 20th. The owners are good, kind people. All questions were solved at once!) the territory is clean and tidy! The pool is cleaned every day. The rooms are bright, well-maintained, there is no mold in the showers!!!
If you want a nice quiet and cozy place in Abkhazia, then only to them!)
P.s did not have time to leave, but it was already planned to return next year here))

We rested here in early August, we had three families with children, booked rooms in advance, even in winter, we were settled in rooms on the ground floor, which is mega convenient with children. I really liked the hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful, the room has everything, air conditioning, refrigerator and even a hairdryer)))) The territory is also cool, there is a spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking, there is also a washing machine. Each room has a dryer, you can decompose and dry everything. There is a barbecue area on the territory, where in the evenings we cooked a delicious barbecue. The pool is very clean, every evening the owner of the hotel turns on the water and the water is always very clean. Special thanks to the owners of the hotel, Alyas and Elsa, very kind, caring and hardworking people. Prosperity to you and your hotel. I hope to see you next year. 😉

We had a rest with a large group in September, we really liked this hotel, clean, cozy, well renovated)
there is a shared kitchen, washing machine, closed Parking for cars (we rented in Abkhazia)
The sea is about 15 minutes away, and various shops and canteens are also close to the hotel)
Our family vacation was great)

great hotel, 15 minutes to the sea. The owner is very good-natured and knows many interesting places to visit in Abkhazia. The yard is also great, there is a lot of free space where you can put a chaise longue and sunbathe.

This is the second time we have come as a family to this wonderful guest house, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. There were no power outages, as in the whole of Abkhazia. Thank you for the reception, I liked everything, we will definitely come again. There are many shops in the area, the beach is not far away. The accommodation is comfortable. The lights were turned off a couple of times, but it's just a small thing.
