No one can say the real answers or dates. Maybe this business works like this everywhere in Turkey, but we were shocked. Be prepared that you will not have almost everything that you will be promised. Divide by two, or better by three. The already small area of apartments specified in the contract will not actually match and will be several times smaller. It's up to you to decide and choose. But you can choose. We have heard that other agencies treat their responsibilities and clients more responsibly. Very sorry. Don't make our mistakes! Turkey is a very beautiful and friendly country with a wonderful climate! But there are a lot of pitfalls, especially for foreigners.

I had a successful experience once when buying through Alanya homes from the developer Ect. But everything was crossed out by dolgostroy, and now it's abandoned. They can't finish it for many years and are fed breakfast. I don't know the developer, but I paid the money to Alanya homes, so there's a demand for them.
