The hotel is of course with 4 stars, but the breakfasts could have done better, otherwise it's the same thing every day and cheap yoghurts. There are no questions for the staff themselves, and if necessary, they will call a taxi and help with things, the rooms are cleaned perfectly.

For the first time, I decided to stay in a hotel instead of an apartment on a business trip. Alanda was chosen on the recommendation, but she was very pleasantly surprised by the loyalty of the administration to customers. We stopped by for three days and the pleasure was a 50% discount on the room fee (breakfast included-buffet). The rooms are pleasant, as soon as we left for the city for an hour, we returned to the cleaned rooms. The bed is clean, sanitation is everywhere! Clean and pleasant. And there was an incident in the restaurant - they brought us meat, but it was too salty. The administration, in the form of apologies, provided a very decent discount on the general account. In general, success and prosperity to Aland. You have +3 clients all the time👍

Theft in the room (cosmetics, small cash).
The manager of the hotel-medical center, apparently, does not hold a position in connection with professional achievements or knowledge (there are none). So, for another very common reason .....
They don't pay taxes. Cash is accepted as payment, but accounting documents, including for business travelers, are not given.
It's very noisy.
The safe did not work in the room, the round handle element in the bathroom fell off, one socket was uprooted. The master fixed the damage-and that's it, actually.

The restaurant was not impressed, sometimes the smell of tobacco from the corridors interfered (this is to the question of unscrupulous guests). Everything else is fine.

I took a junior suite, large, comfortable bed, clean. But I got a room above the restaurant - it was noisy from the music that played from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. There was also no window in the room. My colleague and I booked two notes.
- At the entrance, we were greeted by a crowd of drunken escorts, because the hotel had the idea to hold carporates in lobibar.
- we arrived at about 23:00, sober, with suitcases and with a booking confirmation. The reception service generally ignored our presence, even disobeyed.The girl at the reception calmly informed us that the entire floor was under renovation and she had nowhere to put us. And she doesn't know what to do. They can offer a double bed instead of two rooms, to two people who are strangers to each other.
We called the authorities and they repeated this nonsense word for word: "Sleep together, and tomorrow there will be rooms."
All the time while we were dealing with the settlement, drunken people from the corporation were running, walking, dancing, swearing around us.
