There was a fire at the Alakol Relax recreation center, which became a real nightmare for all the guests, including me. A fire broke out in the VIP building, and the cause was not a faulty air conditioner, but savings on wiring. Poorly laid electrical wiring led to a short circuit, which eventually caused the air conditioner to catch fire. The situation developed rapidly: at first, the smell of burnt wiring was noticeable, and then smoke began to come from the air conditioner, which quickly turned into an open flame. Panic gripped everyone, as the actions of the staff were extremely disorganized. None of the employees knew how to properly respond to an emergency situation, and people themselves tried to evacuate from the burning building. Unfortunately, the lack of fire extinguishers and other fire extinguishing equipment has made this task even more difficult. I was forced to leave my place, throwing everything I could need, and now I can't give this recreation center more than one star. The safety of the guests was ignored, which led to tragic consequences and spoiled the rest. This terrible incident left me with extremely negative impressions about the Alakol Relax database. After the fire started, it became obvious that the basic rules of fire safety were not observed at the Alakol Relax recreation center. The staff were confused and did not know what to do, and even worse, there were no fire extinguishers or fire alarms at the base. This caused panic among the guests, as there was no way to quickly put out the fire or notify everyone of the need to evacuate. What shocked me even more was that the administration was clearly in no hurry to call the firefighters. It seems that they tried to hide the fact of the fire, fearing that it would attract unwanted attention to their violations and savings on safety. This irresponsible behavior put the lives of the guests, including mine, at risk and led to even more chaos. As a result of the fire, not only the recreation was destroyed, but it also became clear that there was a complete lack of concern for the safety of people at this base. Such an attitude on the part of the management is unacceptable. After all that I have experienced, I can say one thing: I will not recommend this dangerous and unsafe complex to anyone, and I give it a well-deserved one star.
