I will say this, the attitude towards us was very good, kindly, they immediately gave us the menu, told us everything and served us quickly.
Of the cons, the kitchen is not an extravaganza, They also brought us something that we did not order and then the whole thing was naturally in the bill. Well, we were generally positive, so we thought that for lunch with such a view it was worth it.
The toilet for the cafe's guests is free, they didn't charge us anything.
Separately, I want to say take warm clothes with you, as there is snow all around, a cold wind blows from the lake.

A picturesque place that you want to enjoy, but it is impossible because of the music. It's very loud, you can't even hear the other person. Choosing a gazebo, most likely, will not work, they will put it where they see fit. Even if you insist, it's useless. We were not allowed to use the toilet. We took a queue. People let us go ahead without permission. We were told that there was no water and that we would leave. Although there was water and people went to the toilet. The mood, of course, is spoiled, the attitude towards people is terrible.

We were at the end of June.. We ordered hash and snacks for it. The price is very expensive, see the receipts when paying, the food itself is terrible, we have never eaten such hash... Friends, don't eat there when you're not there.. The kitchen does not inspire confidence, everything is dirty, not the fact that everything is cooked cleanly in compliance with all the rules.... It is located in a very picturesque place.
We were on November 20th - it was the last day of work. Then it closes until spring (until May).
There is stunning snow, mountains, and rocks heated by the sun. The lake is frozen and covered with snow at this time of the year.
It's not as cozy inside the restaurant as it is in the dining room. But tablecloths with a national pattern are beautiful. You will have to sit in jackets, because the heating is almost not working.
There were 7 of us. Everyone ordered hash and hash additives (garlic mixed with water, salt, pickles, herbs).
Hash itself is bland. But when you add all this to it (garlic, salt, dry pita bread crumble), then it's a real HASH! Thick, mushy. Some Armenians eat it with their hand! That is, they take fresh lavash and scoop up the mass with it. By the way, if your coals get cold under the hash, then ask them to change them.
The dish, I must say, is for an amateur. But it is edible, fatty, and high in calories. We ordered dogwood vodka for him.
Then we walked around the beauty of the restaurant in the mountains, returned and ordered a different barbecue. It was also delicious.
-1 point for smoking in the restaurant.
To my question to the waitress: "Is it possible to smoke here?"
She replied, "No. But what can you do..."
Mountains, oxygen starvation is felt. And they also smoke in the restaurant.
Overall, we were satisfied.

Let's start with the entrance to the territory of the institution, where guests are not even welcome, they will not even greet them!
Further, if you manage to find someone and ask to see the menu, you risk running into a question like "will you watch for a long time?!"
The most common Armenian coffee costs 1,500 (!) drams, despite the fact that in real restaurants in Yerevan - a maximum of 700. The coffee itself is very mediocre. At the same time, 10% of the "service fee" amount will also be added to your account.
The cleanliness of the toilet (the fee for visiting which is 200 AMD) leaves much to be desired, the toilet was faulty.
Without exaggeration, this is the WORST institution in the whole of Armenia.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting it as a disgrace to this beautiful country and its people!

One star only for the beautiful views. First of all, they didn't want to put us at the lake shore, because there were two of us and they put us the furthest away. In general, the staff is terrible. For some reason, the salad and sauces were brought, although I did not order them and they were included in the bill. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, my wife and I were poisoned there, and the next day we lie down at home. We have been to many restaurants in Armenia and it was very tasty, but this one is the most terrible. The price of a barbecue is indicated for 100 grams of raw meat with bones and fat. One serving is 500 grams (they won't tell you about it) - this is quite small for one person, there are 150 grams of meat at the output. At the same time, every sauce and pita bread that is brought to you will be included in the bill, even if you did not ask for it. You can't refuse.
The only plus is that the food is quite tasty.
Also, do not forget that you will have to pay 10% for the service. However, the waitress came up to us after 20 minutes and, according to her, because she "took pity" on us.

Terrible food, terrible service. The word "terrible" is the easiest word to use to evaluate this place and its employees. We were shortchanged by 10 thousand drams, swore at. When we tried to resolve the issue peacefully, we either avoided or threatened.
They said, "the fact that we approached you at all to accept the order is kind to you." As a result, we paid an unfair bill, but asked for a complaint book and excluded service from the bill. Those who write here about the jelly and the smell of garlic (the tasters are aristocrats from the village of Nizhni Bumblebees), I recommend eating a "Taste" of hamburgers. This is an ethnic Armenian dish. There shouldn't be any meat in it. It is brewed for several days from cow's knuckles. This is essentially a hot jelly! And of all the times that I've eaten hash (and I've eaten a lot of it), this is one of the best. The barbecue is really so-so. It's delicious, but there are a lot of bones. Although....It was a lamb.
