If you are not picky, then it is generally a great place. We took a tour, so it was cheap. Located in the old town, next to a very cool cafe with inexpensive delicious food. The staff is friendly. A cat often came to visit us. That's where the advantages end. We lived on the 1st floor and it was somehow uncomfortable to live at street level, we need to close the windows so that no one peeks in. The room is small, the bathroom is all dirty and mildewed. The breakfasts are the same every day - cereals, eggs, sausage, cheese and bread, if you eat something, they probably won't bring you anything new.
The rooms are not new, of course, but they are in the center, everything is within walking distance, the staff speaks Russian and the cleaning is done every day. In general, it's very good and budget-friendly.
