Excellent residential complex with a convenient location. A cool courtyard with lots of play areas for children and a gym area for adults. The closed territory of the yard allows children to walk safely. Gorgeous entrances like in business class. High-speed and crazy elevators.

LCD Ala Park-1 co acc, built by the Construction company Biaygroup, the houses are 16 storeys high, the territory is fenced, a lot of greenery, fir trees are planted, expensive varieties of trees, the playground is very popular with children. Excellent complex. Almost a business, compared to some LCD. Bi group built on the level. Everything is within walking distance. Quiet place. There is an apartment in a 12-storey building along Egizbayev. The view is good on the mountains. The sound insulation is excellent. I can't hear the neighbors. Everything suits.
