Very cool apartments. We filmed and didn't regret it very much. There is a private yard and a football field. There are also many different shops and cafes, and there is also an ADK shopping center.

Very good LCD, good elevator halls, good elevator. The sound insulation in the apartments is good, combination locks on the doors, smart locks with FaceID in the courtyards too. The windows are large. The ceiling height is 2.7 meters, on the ground floor it is 3 meters. The yard is good, the rainwater drainage system is well done, there are no puddles.
