It is a very nice hotel in terms of price performance. Everything is available in the room. The location is very close to tourist spots. Breakfast in the morning was very adequate and good. The staff are nice and helpful people.

The hotel is beautiful, decorated in the style of the Khan's summer palace in Bukhara. Located in the very center of the city, in the evening we quietly strolled around evening Bukhara on foot. The breakfasts were the most delicious compared to all the hotels we stayed in. The staff is friendly. Don't be alarmed when you can't get to the hotel, you'll have to walk through narrow streets (but what a flavor!) And what a courtyard! Thanks to the hosts, I will definitely recommend it to my friends. There was no TV in Russian.

The hotel, in general, is not bad in terms of location and design. It is conveniently located for walking distance to the main attractions of the city of Bukhara. But there are disadvantages that guests need to know about. The breakfasts are very weak and not tasty. Probably the worst breakfasts from my experience. The rooms have high audibility. The bathroom is a little rough and there are traces of dirt around the perimeter of the bathtub. And yet, I do not know why, but all the days I was fed promises about the return of the change for the accommodation that I paid at the entrance. They say the manager took the money. In the end, of course, they returned it, but somehow strangely, as a rule, the change is given immediately. I didn't like the hotel!

A cozy little hotel in the center of the old town. I really liked the location - the nearest attraction is a 5-minute walk away. At the same time, the hotel is located in a very quiet place. Nice rooms that combine Oriental style and European conciseness. The furniture is not old. A comfortable bed. Good bed linen and nice blankets. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really liked the breakfast. Many people write that he is very modest. This is true, but it is cooked very well and tasty, at home. We were satisfied. The staff is very friendly and always tried to help. And the last thing is an excellent price/quality ratio. We had a discount from booking - and for this money we got just a great offer. That's why I'm betting 10. In general, I recommend the hotel and plan to stay there in the future.

I didn't like it · Unfortunately, the audibility in the rooms is high. If there are noisy neighbors, this can create discomfort. But the hotel itself is in a very quiet location. The hotel is difficult to find at night for the first time, as it is "hidden" among private houses. There are not enough signs on the road to it. Therefore, specify the destination in advance.

The hotel is normal, located quite conveniently. The room has underfloor heating (it helps a lot in the cold season). The breakfasts are delicious. The room has everything you need, at our request, some additional items were provided in the room, in general, the staff is responsive.
On the downside: there was no cleaning during the 4 days of our stay, even though we asked for it.

I liked the hotel , it was very cozy and nice. It is located in the historical part of the city, within walking distance of the main attractions. There is only one moment , it is in a place that not every taxi driver can take there . We arrived in Bukhara at night and spent two hours with the taxi driver looking for this hotel, there is no entrance to the hotel , you need to walk a little. But otherwise everything is fine, very friendly administrators. Everything will be explained and prompted. The breakfasts are good, the room is clean. I recommend.

I really liked the hotel! Large clean rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer! Comfortable beds, large Windows to the courtyard, it is very beautiful, you can sit outside if desired), atmospheric! Tables, chairs, doors - beautifully carved wood! The location is good, everything is nearby, but at the same time it's quiet at night! Who needs a TV - it is there) There is always someone at the reception, helpful guys! Cozy hotel in the old town. Clean, fresh. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Hearty breakfasts. And at the same time a very low price.
The main disadvantage for me personally is low noise insulation: when you settle in rooms on the ground floor, when someone talks in the morning, coughs, sneezes in the corridor and near the reception, it feels like it's happening right next to your bed. But it is worth noting the customer orientation: they changed the number without question. And so take earplugs with you and you will be happy (it was not possible to buy locally in any pharmacy).
Wi-Fi is still too weak, I couldn't get to the second floor, I had to go down to the reception. But this is a trifle as for me, they did not come for this. And for what they came for, the hotel fits perfectly.
The staff is very responsive to any questions, it is captivating.

We lived in the Al Imran hotel, a great hotel, and the staff is even better, such kind, responsive guys, I especially want to mention Dilya, we talked more with her, we are just delighted with such a warm welcome. - Breakfast was cold, apparently they prepare it by 8:00, and if you come after 9:00, everything is already cold, both porridge and pancakes. I booked a room with a double bed, settled into a triple room, where two beds were made up together with different mattresses that constantly moved apart in the middle, it was not very comfortable to sleep because of this.

I recommend it to everyone who goes to Bukhara. The hotel has many advantages:
1. Located in the very central center - 3-4 minutes walk to Labi Havuz, 10 minutes to Poi Kolan.
2. Beautiful rooms decorated in national traditions - with murals on the walls and carved beams on the ceiling

5. Russian-speaking receptionist, waiter, cook. They are very nice and sociable.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note one thing - the hotel is located in the narrow and confusing alleys of the old city - you can't walk without a navigator the first time, a taxi can't get directly to the hotel - it's too narrow. But from the second day on, we were already able to navigate more easily.

And they offered me a room in another hotel. Apparently, they preferred a richer tourist. I can only evaluate the attitude. I know that this is not the first time in this hotel. A small hotel in the city center. The rooms are cozy, not small. There is everything: a toilet, a shower, a wardrobe, no chairs, but there is a beautiful stool with oriental carvings that acts as a tea table. There is an outdoor patio with tables. Breakfasts for every taste: scrambled eggs, omelet, porridge, pancakes, juice, tea, coffee and all sorts of oriental things and, of course, vegetables and fruits. The staff is helpful and will always help with information. When we arrived in the evening, we thought we wouldn't find it in these narrow streets, but there were signs everywhere along the way.
