A Heartfelt Tribute to Al Delfin Restaurant
As long-time residents of this club, we have been visiting Al Delfin three days a week for over 15 years. It has become a second home to us, a place where we’ve shared countless memories—both joyful and challenging. From celebrating birthdays and hosting iftar parties to cheering during sports events and conducting business meetings, Al Delfin has been the backdrop to so many important moments in our lives.
We even have our own reserved table, a testament to the special bond we’ve built with this wonderful establishment. The atmosphere, the service, and the food have always been exceptional. The hookah here is undoubtedly the best in Tashkent, and the Arab and Mediterranean cuisine is simply divine. Dishes like the Harezm meat, Chiraqchi salad, and hummus have become our favorites, each with its unique and unforgettable flavor.
What truly sets Al Delfin apart, however, is its people. Over the years, we’ve come to know everyone by name. Abdullah, the leader, and Ines, who ensures impeccable service, have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their dedication and warmth have made every visit memorable.
Al Delfin is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where friendships are nurtured, traditions are honored, and life’s moments are celebrated. We are grateful for the years of wonderful experiences and look forward to many more to come.
