When we checked in, we were alerted by the phrases: "You're lucky, we were already going to give your room to others" and "Sign here that you won't wipe the blood with a towel or sheets." So our booking is not really a booking??? And is there any problem with washing? Or with the bloody squabbles of the guests? We arrived in the evening, I went to ask for towels (there was only one in the room), my wife immediately wanted to go to the shower and found a dirty soap dish (see photo) and an even dirtier curtain in the bathroom. I called the administrator, the curtain was removed, but they didn't replace it with anything. After some bickering and reminders, the maid put the curtain in the car and began to do the laundry. She never cleaned the soap dish, like, "I don't understand Russian." The towels were received 40 minutes after the first request. According to the description, the room has a kettle, TV, garden view. There's a kettle, two cups, and no tea bags. The kettle in the room wasn't working, so I asked for it to be replaced. I never got a replacement, neither on the first day nor on the second. And the socket is positioned so that the kettle should be placed on the bed or on a chair, the cord does not reach the floor, there is no bedside table nearby (see photo). The TV does not show regular TV channels, there is only some obscure application in it. Instead of a "garden view", there is a roof view (see photo). There are no vegetables for breakfast 10 minutes after the start - the guests sort everything out (see photo). There is only one chair in the room with dirty upholstery (see photo). The floor has potholes. The hanger bar in the closet was so high that my wife could barely reach it.

We spent one night, they said that the suite and everything was available, but in fact it turned out that it was not at all like that, firstly, the room needed cosmetic repairs, at least, but it was no longer outraged by this, but by the fact that my husband and I paid $ 100 per night, arguing that they had such prices. Since we were not local and did not understand the pricing policy of Uzbekistan at that time, plus we were from a long journey, and it was already evening, we did not have to choose, but apparently, seeing from our passports that we had just crossed the border and did not understand what else and how, we took advantage of it. It's a shame that people are being deceived like this, after that there is no desire to stay in this place anymore.

We booked this hotel from 03/25/25 to 03/29/25 a family room on the second floor. Upon arrival, it was suggested to cancel the reservation on the spot, so as not to pay the city tax, so we did! Then we realized why it was done!!! Since we booked through booking, in fact we lived there, but there was a cancellation for booking, we won't be able to write a bad review!!! The hotel is disgusting!!!! Just listen to us and don't repeat our mistakes!!!! The towels were gray, dirty, and wet, the room was filthy, starting with the glasses, and there was a quiet horror in the bathroom: the smell of sewage was all day, the hair dryer burned out!!! They asked to bring another one, they waited 2 days! The floor is dirty, and someone else's hair is on the linen. There are 4 of us, towels were brought for all 4 times! Breakfast and the kitchen downstairs are just disgusting!!!! There's dirt everywhere, dishes are dirty too, bread, sausage and cheese for breakfast, some cucumbers and tomatoes, rotten eggs, the cheapest tea bags, and that's on the leftovers. The sugar in the jar is dirty, it's not clear what, the dry cream tastes strange, there's no boiling water really!!! We and everyone who came for breakfast were horrified by the hotel, but it costs 20 thousand for 3 nights!!! We were waiting for 5 stars, but the attitude of the staff and the general condition of everything from the floor to the towels is just disgusting!!! We ruined our entire vacation in Tashkent. Money, by the way, is irrevocable if you refuse to continue living!!! Please avoid this hotel!!!!

The bottom! It doesn't match the reviews or the stated content at all. White towels are grey. Dirty socks greeted us in the room, and our friends had long female hair. Dirt, uncomfortable bed, lack of normal conditions. It's just hell. The worst hotel in our lives! You could have set a zero, and you would have. The price doesn't match the quality at all. In my opinion, it should be closed forever!

A terrible hotel, the worst in my entire life as a traveler. It's just tin, white towels gray with dirt, the bed linen is all stained, someone else's hair on the bed, dirty floor, broken faucets in the shower, disgusting breakfast is a small part of the impressions.... I don't recommend it, not at all. It is better to avoid the hotel. All claims are perceived as a joke. Everything is terribly simple from the entrance to the exit.

The audibility is strong. It feels like living in a tent and a partition made of a blanket. Without straining your ears, you can hear from the hallway, from the reception. Although it's not the guys' fault. They have to answer calls, questions from guests. It's their job. They talk quietly to each other, not too loudly.
Breakfast. This is a separate terrible incident. It's the same thing every day. Only the "sweet" type and porridge have changed: soy sausage and sausages (fried type), soy (as it seemed) sausage cheese, boiled egg, porridge of hercules or rice. Packaged tea and instant coffee. The drink is only for 9-12 servings. Although there are 24 rooms for 2-3 people. So let's calculate who gets what. Although how many lives in total? You have to "fly" to the opening, and others just don't come (most likely) because.... (you can catch up). It's a pity not to attach the video. For all the time I've been traveling, this is my biggest "charm". In Samarkand, the breakfast in the guest house was continental, individually packaged, and quickly replaced if the guest did not eat it. Yes, I understand that he is a private trader and lives from it. That's why it's delicious. And here it played a role in the assessment.
In baking, cottage cheese is just like rubber, do not undress and is poorly moistened with tea.
Cleaning every two days. They're doing fine. If anything, shampoo and gel in bright colors can be asked from guys with a solution. There was hot water. It's good. Welcome water only on the day of arrival. Then for the bags. Well okay. That's what the owners said, their law.
The rooms have a TV. The Internet. Wifi catches perfectly. They receive guests from different countries. Therefore, there are no tuned TV channels, especially news ones. And many channels of the Russian Federation simply do not exist. We understand: politics. We figured out the remotes in search of music, and that's fine. We didn't come to look at the "box".
In this case, it is only from the "bright memorable" colors of the moments.
As a result. For two, an overnight stay for $ 40 is not expensive. In others, it is much more expensive.
Address. He's the only one on the site. In reality, it's different. It's good that the houses are not far from each other and there is a sign opposite. An incident.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the hotel at all. The breakfasts are weak, the rooms are shabby, the audibility is strong, the Wi-Fi is weak, the TV could not be set up. But!!! The staff did not want to accept payment by card, but we did not have any cash, they offered to go somewhere at night to withdraw it, and this was with a preliminary reservation indicating the payment by card. In general, the second time here is definitely not a foot.
