They consulted on the characteristics, told about the nuances of using electric cars, showed how it works and how to use it. After the purchase, they provided contacts and recommendations for maintenance, help in solving any questions about settings and services. There were questions about operation after purchase (how to turn off the front airbag when transporting a child), which they could not immediately answer, but within a couple of days they clarified with their Chinese partners and called back to convey the information. It's very nice to talk, I'm happy with the car.
