I ordered a Stiga SAB 500 AE KIT accumulator blower from them through Wildberries. Importantly, before ordering, I asked if it was true that this was a KIT set, to which I received an answer from an AQV representative that yes, this is exactly the KIT. That is, a set consisting of a yu blower, a battery and a charger.
In the end, I paid for everything and after 3 days a box with this blower arrived, but only without the battery and charger:() Just a drop..!! ))
To the question where is it all - silence…
No one answered any further questions in the chat. I called the office in Minsk, explained the situation there, promised to solve it, but no one contacted me.
The service is completely missing. There is no feedback. Disregard for customers.
I highly do not recommend this organization.
