We are disappointed with the pool even though we always liked to come there because the water is warm. The tiles come off and there are many that are off, including in the children's pool. Last time my toddler hurt herself and her leg was bleeding. This time I accidently cut a piece of my toe in the children's pool when I was playing with her. This is just not safe and they aren't doing anything about it, even though the fees arent low and they must spend money on renovation and improving safety in the place.

Good facilities but the water quality is terrible. The Jacuzzi had turned green once, and sometimes the chlorine (or javel) is so strong that is not easy to breath sometimes. True story: i got fungi and skin irritation after two months of using the pool.
I’ve voiced my concern but the quality of water is not consistent at all. 8 out of 10 times I’m not happy and wished I hadn’t signed up for an annual membership.
Meanwhile, there’s no liquid soap in the bathrooms so sometimes you smell the underarm spray and ode cologne from the Jacuzzi and pool. Depending on who didn’t wash properly before entering water.

I have never seen such a nightmare in any country in the world. The old water park is already crying out for renovation. The tile, which is so ancient, is already visible from above and asks to be removed. The jacuzzi is a garbage collector. The water is yellow and dirty. In the end, some smart person poured soap into it so that there was a little foam. . We turn on the roller coaster from 14:00 for half an hour and then take a break for 1.5-2 hours and so on in a circle. Naturally, we created a huge hype and chaos on the roller coaster. The staff is generally a complete nightmare, arrogant and rude. There was a swimming cap with a visor that came up several times and said take it off. To the question of why? You said you wouldn 't see anyone wearing the same hat here . Guys, if you don't stick your nose further than your water park, it doesn't mean that others don't have the same hats. They said that the material should be for bathing on a hat. I say, check it out, touch it, and you'll see that it is. In response, I heard. I'm squeamish. That's where I really wanted to say a lot of nice things to this man, but I didn't because of the children. Although in the area, women bathed either without caps or with their heads half covered. Because of such staff, hardly anyone will want to go to your frog house. Cafes are generally a separate topic. The table was waited for two hours. The order is an hour and a half (well, I think it's okay to make a fuss in the kitchen. Let's wait). As a result, after the reminder, the pizza arrived cold. How did you manage?! Either there's some left over from the banquets and you decided not to give it to us. That's something, but we're going to avoid this water park now. Nightmare.

The prices in the cafe are acceptable. Cons: it is not suitable for adult recreation. A large amount of chlorine. The slides are turned on for 30 minutes. And then they don't work for an hour and a half. For a fee, you can purchase access to a sauna, a large swimming pool and a gym. The cost of a single visit is 1,500 rubles, + 670 large swimming pool, + an additional amount for a sauna and gym. It's up to you to go or not. You can go once!

The water in the Jacuzzi is yellow and stinks of urine, stuffy, smells strongly of chlorine, cleanliness is so-so, in slippers people go outside the pool and return, hair, everywhere around the pool you squish in the water, everything is scuffed, the emitted mosaic from the foam of the children's pool comes off and floats in the water where small children are.

I didn't really like it, it smells damp, the pool where you can swim is paid separately from slides and entertainment pools and a Jacuzzi, which does not work all the time and it is unclear what schedule. The food is delicious, but the queue at the cafe and the service is leisurely, unless pre-ordered. We waited for coffee for 15 minutes. You can only pay with a deposit on the bracelet (replenished somehow before entering), just cash and cards are not accepted

In the women's changing rooms there is only 1 mirror and 2 hair dryers for the entire number of guests, as well as for girls, entrance to the pool is exclusively in hats, which had to be bought for 3000 grams inside the water park, while all men with long hair on their heads and all over their bodies are allowed to enter without hats👍🏻

A stupid system with two bracelets that do not understand how they work, and often do not work at all.
There is a distinct smell of urine in the hammam area. There is plaster on the ceiling, noticeably affected by humidity. There is a hard jet of hot air in the hammam itself, which can burn your feet. Dirty sunbeds, I didn't dare to go into the pool))

Overall, we had a great time. BUT it is very expensive. When they took the juices and cookies from us, which we took while milking the children, it is done so that they buy there 5 times more expensive. Regular 0.5 water costs 350d. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this water park is something outstanding. Firstly, they were forced to buy a hat at the entrance, although no one wore them in the pool. Already at the entrance directly to the water zone, I was sent far and for a long time, because in addition to the requirement for a hat, there is an additional requirement to buy slippers. For some reason, no one warned about this when buying a ticket. The water park itself is two puddles: a small one and well, sooooooo small. The water is waist deep. There is also a deeper pool, vaguely similar to the real one, but they kicked us out of there, discriminating by the color of the bracelet. Again, no one informed us that in order to swim in this pool, we still need to pay something extra when buying tickets. But it's not a big loss, because this pool is crowded with people: eight people per lane. You'll swim, of course. There are, of course, slides, but they look like four streams — nothing interesting. And they turn them on several times a day.
The sauna and the ham are normal, small, but normal. Therefore, two stars instead of one.

In general, after reading the reviews, the water park met expectations, because there were no inflated ones.
The entrance cost 8000 drams per person, there is also some kind of VIP entrance for 10,000 drams, but no big differences were noticed.
Separately, you need to pay for a shopping cart (but how about without it?) — 200 AMD. By the way, all purchases can be made only if you put money on the bracelet in advance. Moreover, if from the map, then only at one point, at the entrance to the water park. This is extremely inconvenient, usually a post-payment system works in such establishments.
The water park itself includes a swimming pool up to 1.8 meters deep, recreation areas with sun beds, a couple of cafes and several slides.
You can ride some slides only in the "bun", there is a big queue behind them in the heat. But you can also rent for a day: 3000 / 5000 / 7000 AMD for single, double and triple rooms, respectively, plus 2000 AMD deposit, which is then refunded. That's what we did. If you don't rent, it seems you can wait for your bun for an hour or more.
There are only 7 slides, there are interesting ones, there are very children's ones. The most interesting one, we named it because of the similarity of the Half pipe, for some reason it costs 300 drams per person separately.

The water is warm, there are frogs. There are hydro massage nozzles in the large pool, but even on weekdays it is difficult to get through to them.
The internal slides are open from 15 o'clock. The Jacuzzi is cold. There is a sauna, but children under 12 are not allowed, so they were not.
There is a children's locker room, but it has no access to the water and no shower, I don't understand, I still have to take the boy through the women's locker room later.
And once the male employees just went into the women's locker room and went to do something there. Absolutely awesome
In the summer we went to the outdoor pools, the water is not heated, even at 39 degrees outside, the child's lips are blue in the pool. There is entertainment - to climb into an inflatable balloon and roll in it on the water.
There are cafes both there.

We were at this indoor water park today. 1. Two of the three children from our company cut their feet in the pools (one in the pool for toddlers, the other in the children's pool). One cut was quite severe, there was a lot of blood. As I understand it, on the tiles at the bottom of the pool. Apparently, she's been stabbed. Judging by the reaction of the staff, these cases are not uncommon. 2. A stir is created around the slides, which turn on for only half an hour from 15:00, and then an hour break. At the same time, the children rush headlong up the stairs, the steps of which are tiled, barefoot, of course. The tile instantly becomes wet, VERY slippery. The kids are slipping. It's traumatic! There is a coating only next to the pool, and then not everywhere, nothing was put on the stairs.
3. At the same time, employees were not allowed to use swimming slippers, which were created specifically for swimming. Because they considered it "shoes". In the end, they allowed it, but it took a long time to prove the need.
4. The staff who regulates the interval between children who go down on the slides, saw only next to one slide, which is with a funnel. All the other slides - use them as you want. If you want, go right after the previous person and fly right into him, break his neck.
I am shocked by this approach. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I took a subscription because of the sauna. There is a font, but you can't pour water on the stones in the sauna. On weekdays, it's still nothing, but on busy days, when people are constantly changing, hot air comes out very quickly. There is no fountain in the sauna. There are no hooks inside the showers, only outside, which is not very convenient.
The gym is normal, the pool seems to be too. But steaming is very uncomfortable.

In general, it's not bad. The location is not very convenient , grocery stores are far away , to cross the road, you need to look not only at the sides , but also cross yourself . In the summer , they had differences with water , then there is no hot , then there is no cold , then there is no water park at all , but in general it will do . Due to failures with water and other small things ( the TV did not work ) , they returned almost half of the cost of living , rested there for 10 days .
