Great car wash! I always come here, and the result is always pleasing. The car is washed thoroughly, without streaks and missing areas. A very convenient recording system, everything runs precisely on time, without delays. The staff is friendly and attentive to details. The waiting area is comfortable, you can drink coffee while the car is being put in order. The prices are fully justified by the quality of the services. Sometimes it seems that you come to wash your car for free, if you make a conclusion about the attitude of employees towards customers. The service has slipped below the baseboard. Not only are they creating problems out of the blue, they are not even interested in solving this problem. When we arrived at box 3, there was 1 car in front of us. To the question "can you tell me the approximate waiting time?", we were answered "30-40 minutes, since they take two cars to the box." We stood in line for an HOUR, another employee came and said that we should wait another 30-40 minutes, since they only take one car to the box. Was it really difficult to initially say that our waiting time would be 1.5 hours + waiting for the most comprehensive washing (about 45 minutes)? We obviously wouldn't waste our time. Average washing quality with a 2.5 hour waiting time, are you serious? Moreover, we did not even hear "sorry for such a situation" after we wrote a proposal to the complaint book that we need to have a conversation with employees about the CORRECT provision of information. After a while, after reading the reviews for this place, as well as the work of the specialists and, especially, the responses to the reviews, I realized that boorish behavior is the norm of the whole team. As they say, draw your own conclusions... but this was obviously the last time we were here. Thank you for showing your true "face" :)

Good car wash. We chose according to estimates and were not mistaken. The staff is trying, everything is fast and high-quality. There is a recreation room and a small store of related products in the car wash. Additional services are also provided - express oil change, dry cleaning and others.
