We had a rest in June 2024, everything went great, we had a 3-bed room, the room was not bad, soft beds, a white bed, towels were given. There is a kitchen, dishes, electric tiles, kettles, washing machines, a barbecue area, the administrator Vlada is very friendly, always gave answers to all questions, room cleaning on demand without problems. The only thing to the sea is 10-15 minutes on foot. The views from the terrace of the room to the mountains, we were satisfied with the rest.

A very nice guest house. Thank you very much to the hostess for a wonderful stay. The house was chosen with a playground and a separate bathroom. We found everything here: on-site swings, a trampoline, a sandbox for kids, a separate barbecue area, a summer kitchen, cozy rooms. For those who do not want to cook themselves, there is an inexpensive dining room on the territory, where you can eat very tasty and at home. There are 2 more canteens and a shop nearby. 7 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, 5 minutes to the market, bus stop. To summarize: very convenient location, away from noisy cafes, gorgeous territory, reasonable price. The rest was great! Thanks to the hostess, we will definitely come again.

Good afternoon, everyone! We rested at the guest house in June 2022. We would like to express our gratitude to the hostess Vlada for a wonderful stay, for her friendliness and responsiveness. The house is in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is Wi-Fi, Parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine,ironing board. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The sea is only 5-10 minutes away. There is a market nearby where you can buy whatever your heart desires. You can also eat everywhere, cafes are on every corner. There is a hotel nearby, where you can also eat very tasty and inexpensive. So book rooms, you won't regret it! 👍👍👍 Natalia, Marina and Alice. We plan to go on vacation to Watercolor again.

The rest was ruined on the very first day by an unsuccessful choice of place of residence! I'll start over. I booked two double rooms through the Apsua Tour company on Vkontakte. Honestly, I didn't betray the importance that this is a company. We often booked guest houses on our coast from the owners directly, but here I did not look at what the company was doing. When I corresponded with the girl (at that time I thought she was the hostess), I clarified that we had a child, 4 years old. To which she assured me that it was possible to take a double room, and when we arrived, there was a sooo responsive and friendly receptionist who would go to meet us, etc... The administrator, Vlada, rounded her eyes when she saw her daughter, showed correspondence with the agency, in which not a word was said that in one There is also a child in the room. As a result, they brought a cot to the room, which is so tiny even for two. Now the most interesting part! I've read a lot of reviews about what a wonderful and kind administrator Vlada is. Question: where did people see a kind, sympathetic person? On the very first day, I watched the vacationers swear at her, then she comes to the kitchen and says that she removes all the pans and pots, they say it is necessary-go buy your own! When I was choosing a place, it was important to me that there was a kitchen where you can cook breakfast! And then two puny frying pans, which were removed, someone complained to her, she freaked out and put them away. There is A KIND OF dining room on the territory, in which it is unclear how the woman from the neighboring house works. It says that it works from 8:00, but no one may be there at 10:00. Always messing with orders. I wrote to Apsua tour on this issue (about the dishes), in response they wrote to me that they would figure it out, but nothing has changed! One!!!!! a kettle for the entire guest house, which has at least 20 rooms! The garbage is not being cleaned, there are many malfunctions in the rooms, and the toilet stinks. Sorry, there's not even paper and soap in the toilet! Wi-fi is one name, it does not catch in the rooms, there is only one corner of the common terrace, where children constantly gather, they sleep until one o'clock in the morning under the room window. An answer is heard to any request: "What can I do?" The administrator just reeks: "let's go." In general, the rest was pretty spoiled, I didn't want to go home in the evening. We are not one of those who are looking for disadvantages, who need super conditions. We went on vacation many times, rented an ordinary guest house, there was always a sincere attitude of the owners, responsiveness! We went with our parents to see how unassuming they are, and then we got really upset. I left a review in the company's VK group, everything was immediately deleted! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Horror, not a guest house, there is little furniture in the room, the refrigerator in the hallway is shared and flowing, they save on everything, I don't want anyone to come here. The photo does not match, there is no pool, since only the 3rd floor is in the photo, the house is not actually built legally and is not decorated, Vlada is a terrible hostess.
